Sky Zone Bismarck

About

Jump into Sky Zone - the world's first all-walled trampoline playing court.

"Sky Zone Bismarck is the original indoor trampoline park, and we never stop searching for new ways play. We’re firm believers in the power of active play. The kind of play that makes us jump, dodge, flip, sweat, bounce, and laugh. Play where you can be you, in the moment, free. The kind of play that is good for our bodies and even better for our brains. Our vision is a world where kids, teens, and all kids at heart play every day. Practice your dunking skills at SkySlam or challenge friends at a game of Ultimate dodgeball, Sky Zone is a space to move, create, and be yourself. We are expert hosts and a leading choice for group events, fundraisers, birthday parties and celebrations of other special occasions."

Love this place. All my nieces and nephews love it. They sell socks here too jump, there are lockers, there's a little coffee shop, it's always clean. It is a bit spendy for the jump time. They are always adding new things for the kids to do too. There are coupons all the time. 72 for 4 children is the one we used recently.
Went during the winter break. It was really really crowded such that it was hard to find anything open to play on. They nickel and dime you with add-on’s. We brought our own trampoline socks for the kids but part way through they said we had to buy theirs or leave. We bless you show up right in the hour, they cut your time short we paid for 60 mins but probably only got 45 -50 mins.
Brought the kids here while we were staying at a motel, not a bad place for them to burn some energy for an hour so we can go out and chill by ourselves later
The manager followed me and my friends the entire time, constantly watching us and just being weird. As an US Airmen I’d expect to receive a little more peace. But it made an uncomfortable atmosphere the entire time.
0/5 stars due to the rude employees. We weren’t even allowed to move tables together that were 3 feet apart, then was hassled and had non professional comments made when addressing outside food and beverage.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They overcharge you for everything even going as far to force you to buy a pair of SkyZone socks to jump. I have been to multiple trampoline parks that NEVER have this rule and it’s bizzare to me they make you pay extra on top of the already high admission rate. The employees are extremely unprofessional and rude, one even swore in front of my little cousins. They have employees patrolling the floor ready to yell at you at any moment even if you are just trying to jump and have fun. Never going here again and you shouldn’t either.
Staff has always been friendly and our toddler loves jumping from one area to the next. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday there and our host James was awsome about setting it all up and making sure we had everything we needed while we were there.
Avoid this place. It's terrible. Every time I go here the front desk guy/manager is rude dark hair and glasses. He coughs in my face repeatedly without covering his mouth and greatly lacks customer service skills. He's extremely impatient and makes you feel like a burden from the moment you walk in the door. I had 5 kids there. 1 child had an issue with the waiver which we we fixing. I asked the guy to start the 3 boys so they didn't have to wait, leaving my 2 girls for a later start together. He refused. Billed me for 4 kids even though I tried to explain it repeatedly to him. POOR SERVICE! So I ended up with 1 child that lost a half hour of jump time -she didn't want to jump alone- because this guy doesn't know how to listen to or care about his customers. Don't buy the pizza. It's the cheap stuff from Walmart.
Manager was harassing us and staring at us. Also I got a one hour and thirty-minutes and he gave us the wrong wrist band 30 minutes. It took 20 minutes to get our new ones and that was almost half an hour of our time wasted. We tried to get our twenty minutes of time back, and we got kicked out. Terrible experience and manager harassed us. DONT GO!
The Bismarck SkyZone is a joke. We experienced 3 big issues. ____________________________ 1st, when purchasing the tickets the cashier kept repeating the total cost of 3 jumpers whenever I asked any questions. Side note, only 2 kids jumping not 3. Eventually, I told him that if he is having a rough day he should go take a quick breather and come more civilized. 2nd, my youngest ran off to play before getting her wristband on. The cashier refused to allow me to collect the wristband to apply on my child's arm. 3rd, when I brought back my kid to collect the wristband the cashier was busy understandable, so he asked the manager to assist us. The manager gave an annoyed look and mumbled something as he walked off. I heard him behind us yell "hello, hello, open your ears kid." I turned around yelling back at him, "my child is bilateral Deaf you jacka$$." Overall, the cashier was rude and management needs serious adjustments.
