My son loves going here and we love allowing him to get his exercise in such a fun way. He always walks away with a sweaty head. The monthly pass is a no brained and you can cancel at any time. Highly recommend to anyone who has an active and adventurous kid or one who just needs to get some energy out.
It's a simple indoor park with trampolines and dodge ball. It is not quite as chaotic as urban air. There is a nice lounge area for parents to sit. My son, who is 11, had a blast he really ran around a lot and didn't have to spend time in lines. We did photos in the photo booth and pretended to be Karens before we left. It is also reasonable priced approx 20 dollars for 90 minutes of play. Perfect for me!
We spent an entire day here and had an amazing time! It was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! My four year old had an absolute blast! FUN POLICE I completely get the safety aspect with GOOD REASON, but it’s way out of hand here. Not able to gently bounce in the same square as my small child to help them bounce? Excuse me? Telling people not to bounce at the entrance trampoline? It’s a trampoline, if it’s a problem then modify the entrance to the jumping sections to be a walking pad and not a trampoline, make it make sense. A lot of rude interactions from staff too, except the front desk lady that checked me in, she was cool. Like this place could be super cool if the expanded the size a bit and the staff weren’t such a buzzkill.
I was hurt at this location. If I could be hurt as badly as I was, I worry for the children. There were 4x4 steel posts with ragged edge in the par core area. Did a great deal of damage to my body. The staff were wonderful! Loren, a manager, couldn't have been nicer. I did tell her they need to pad those poststo prevent children from being hurt. She said she had contacted the corporation and they were going to do something the next day. Sadly, that was too late for me. I have some serious injuries from that steel post! Therefore, I can't give it an excellent rating because they had unsafe posts in the par core area. This should not have been exceptible by the County safety standards.
We had a birthday party in May for our child. It was a disaster. The checkin part was incredibly disorganized. They kept making our party move back and forth from line to line. When I mentioned this, I was met with hostility and rudeness. I explained that it was already past our party start time and people had already been waiting for over 15 minutes. They didn’t care. They also kept moving the cart back and forth because of this and someone got into our cart. They never brought water for the kids and the host didn’t stay the whole time. We paid close to $900 for this party and will not be going back. Save your frustration and go to another place.
This place is a great place to have a child’s birthday party. For the price we paid and everything they included like pizza, drinks, and they have someone help you through the whole thing. I brought all my own decor but I’m pretty sure they have plates and stuff if you don’t bring your own. But they try to make it so you can relax and spend time with your children. My sister is going to party her child’s next party there too because she thought the service was great as well. Would definitely have another one there. Loved it!!!!
