Do not recommend for young kids, or different age kids. Took my 4 and almost 7 year old. While I knew coming in there where attractions that where 5 and older, I didn't realize the majority if the place was this way. It was very disheartening for my 4 year old watching his sister play on all the things he couldn't, even though he has at other parks. He could basically only jump on half of the trampoline floor as the other half is for big kids. If there was a price difference for under 5 maybe that would alert parents of the severity of this. Even the obstacles with no limits are so high, it's obviously not for young kids. If you are willing to go to Grand Rapids, the parks there are much better. I would have done so had I read the snotty comments from the owner in these reviews. People like to support local, but not when your a jerk. It was very odd seeing how many parents were complaining about something while I was there, and you refuse to listen to them just saying we don't understand the rules. Your rules are terrible.
We had a blast! Warp wall, foam pits, ninja courses, trampolines, swings, and much more! Definitely worth it. You think an hour isn't enough but it is. Snack, drinks there, options for a party. I would recommend purchasing the socks. Also you have to sign the waiver on the computer before you pay. So make sure you do thay 1st.
Went the second time last night. Was told we could not be with our 2 or 3 year olds while they jump. This was not the case the first time we went and a blast the first time. Within 5 minutes of our hour we realized we should not have paid for the adults. As you spend the whole time standing on the side watching. For anyone looking to take their family here be aware: 1. You should not pay for adults unless your kids are like 14+ 2. Walk around and make sure they have all the activities open that you want to do before paying. They may not. I went on the look for some sort of sign stating the segregation, took a minute but I found a piece of paper taped to a support pole with small type and about halfway down its there. We may be back but at least we are aware of these things now.
This place was so much fun for the whole family. Great for all ages. They have age group areas so that younger kids can jump without older kids. They also have some American ninja warrior courses that are fun for all ages.
Great for older kids! I was terrified my two year old with special needs was going to get hurt as there's a section that is "0-10" and another that is "10 and up" or something similar, even tho the signs say there's supposed to be a special area for kids 0-5. There were a bunch of young adults working there who are super friendly, but it's frustrating I can't take my kids to enjoy an activity together because it's just not equipped for small kids.
Lots of fun, smells like a sock. Definitely a place to go play hard, but take a shower when you get home - I've been several times and never seen any of the vinyl furniture wiped down.
Cleaner then expected lol. Lots of kids and plenty to do. The chicken strips are really good.
Kids loved it, which is what matters most. I imagine it could get crowded and it wasn’t huge, but great for the age group of my kids, which is 7-9. Quite a lot of seating for observers.
I get to work out and have fun with my kids... and take a break whenever I want. Bring your computer and get work done... bounce a little, work, and then bounce more. The office of the future!
Came down from Holland for a birthday party. Was just alright. Very small compared to others in West Michigan. Edit: Changing to from 3 to 4 stars. I forgot how great the staff was. They did a great job with the birthday party.
