Don’t move to this location or get a mobile trailer from this people! They only care about dictating on everything you do and if you don’t go with what they said they will try to evict you even when the trailer is all paid for.
Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. SMART bus stops here upon request.
They need to start buying up some of the old trailers and get them out. Get some new mobile homes in there. Probably easier said than done if people aren't moving.
Very poor plowed roads, atmosphere and road conditions
good place to live i like it here we have a nice manager. / owner i'm glad i got a place here i grew up here.
They are people and pet friendly. Always willing to help . The park may be old but it is well maintained.
Most expensive trailer court lot cost. Manager is hardly there. He's usually at kwik trip working
High rent for small lot Not a good value
