From start to finish, the staff actually care about their customers and take care of them. Heather spent time out of her busy day to educate me on my car and what I needed to repair for safety with my car and even helped me figure out financial options. They help you every step along the way. They have affordable service prices and FAST service. They are the most reliable and honest repair shop I’ve been to and they have a customer for life :

I give 5 stars to the Service Manager, Heather.  I've used Skymart in the past and was never impressed with the service, but it was convenient because we live across the street.  The last visit was our first with Heather and I will now choose Skymart rather than settle for convenience. Heather has great customer service skills, she is super knowledgeable and has a great way of helping people understand their way around a vehicle. The staff that I met with, Heather, the service manager, the techs Chris and "little Popeye," were all overwhelmingly positive, professional and outgoing. They did an exceptional job on my vehicle and I was well-informed about progress throughout the repair process.  I have an old car, which presents a parts challenge since many parts are difficult to obtain. One item that was special ordered did not correct the problem as diagnosed by the vehicle diagnostic test. While I still paid for the test, the new part was removed and the old part replaced before I was referred to another shop specializing in electrical issues. I was not charged for the new part or the labor, presumably because the problem was not corrected.  Great bunch of folks and not a rip-off like so many garages these days that try to upsell the customer into "repairs" that are unwanted/unneeded. I will be bringing my old car back for any additional work. I am very impressed and pleased with this repair shop!!

Went here last week because my car started to overheat. They found the problem within a couple hours and ordered the part immediately. Fixed it as soon as the part came in 2 days later. Price was very reasonable price even seemed inexpensive to me.  They know their stuff and would absolutely go back for additional service.

My mom and I really like coming here. Prices are always fair and we always leave satisfied. Never had an incredibly long wait. Last time I went, they got me in immediately and had my car done within 30-45 minutes. Heather is amazing. She was polite and kind and educated me on the best way to take care of my vehicle. The tech that actually worked on my car don't know his name was AWESOME. Took really great care of me. Good vibes all around. Before you go anywhere else, give these guys and gals a try. I really appreciate the service vehicle and customer, especially customer service of the team at Skymart. I had some extensive service done to my truck and they knocked it out of the park. Heather is the best…she’s a straight shooter and always more than fair.

I went to Firestone at 7:30pm to get my vehicle inspected. I was rudely told to leave it for a few days and they MAY be able to get to it. I left and went to Skymart. I just want to say this business is great they’ve always taken care of me. I came in today. For an oil change, fluid check, and tire rotation. i told Heather at the front desk that  I had a doctors appointment at 4:30. They were able to get me out there within 45 minutes with plenty of time to make it to my other appointment and really made me a priority which I greatly appreciated!Services:&nbsp;Tires

I came here for a state inspection and was also able to get vehicle maintenancetire rotation, oil change, new windshield wipers for a decent price and it didn’t take long. The service manager Heather was so kind and helpful. She knows her stuff when it comes to vehicles.
