Great place for music or game nerds to go to.

I was sold a reproduction cartridge of Pokemon emerald, and they claimed to have checked it and said it was the real deal. Went back the next day and the associate gave me a refund, and he was super nice about it. I have a feeling if it were one of the associates from the day before it wouldn't have been possible, but I got my money back, so I decided to edit my review

I was pretty excited to see that they had a somewhat rare game for Nintendo 64.  THEY EVEN HAD THE BOX!! However, when I went to ask if they had the original manual and if it came with the game they told me no and that the box doesn't even come with the game.  They only sell the cartridge and keep the box...... The reason people buy old, rare Nintendo 64 games is for the collection value, having the box is the best part.  They also wanted $45 for this game.  When looking at the price I thought it was expensive, but was pretty good if you got the original box.  However, $45 for the cartridge only is ridiculous.  That really turned me away from this place and made me want to take my business elsewhere.

Really, they don't even deserve one star. They made me wait 48 hours for a response on selling 50 comics. after 48 hours, I was then told it would another two days. After those four total days passed, I was then told that those 50+ comics would only get me $10 in trade in value. One of those comics alone was worth $30. They waste your time, they're cheap as hell. I was a VERY loyal customer to them and they have officially lost my business. Don't waste your time here. They don't care .

I bought a faulty PS4 from there, and the staff were really great with helping me get a new copy of the receipt and info so that I could get it replaced for free.  Great staff, cool merch you can't get anywhere else, awesome arcade in the back, great deals on games. Slackers is the best gaming store in the area and I recommend it to anyone.

Great store, nice employees. My only complaint is the turntable system which is very cheap and can damage the records due to blunt stylus. It would only take a small investment to correct this flaw which would improve customer service and protect their investment records.

Just your average Slackers.  Nothing great and nothing bad.
