Terrible Customer service!! When we first walk in we have to pay $5 to enter, which is odd to me for a sports bar but I pay it, no problem. I go to the restroom, and toilets are clogged up, one bathroom doesn’t have a lock, dispenser is out of soap/it’s watered down. What exactly is the cover charge going towards? Anyways, so we order our food and the customer service from our server is awful! We get attitude from the minute we walk up, and she’s on the phone and trying to take our order at the same time! Once we start to get our food, I don’t have a fork for my boneless wings and she tells me they have run out of forks so she proceeds to tell me eat w my hands and said I’ve never heard of anyone eating boneless w a fork before?! I gotta flag her down every time I need something, and once she comes to the table she starts to discipline her kids who are playing around outside the bar, yelling at them across our table. It was a mess!!! The atmosphere would’ve been bearable but the horrible customer service made it unbearable. No manager to be found, No coal for the hookah, no soap, no forks….a mess.
My type of vibe for sure! Good music food and excellent customer service. I recommend you ask for Marie her service is always top shelf! She’s very attentive sweet and makes sure you’re enjoying yourself.Food: 5/5
Went to this place tonight with my fiancé and his friends. Atmosphere was clean and friendly. Food came out very hot and fresh. However, our bartender/server was horrible. The attitude she had was unacceptable. I normally don’t leave any reviews on businesses, but tonight wasn’t it. We all have bad days but try not to bring it out on innocent customers who are giving you a paycheck.
Had an awful experience here. Had to wait 20 minutes for a bartender after I finished a drink, TWICE! I believe she was out smoking a hookahNo joke. The fries were great.Food: 4/5
I got mild lemon pepper wings ALL FLATS OF COURSE! That was amazing. Wings were not small at all. Seasoned just right. Pros: Food and atmosphere was cool. Staff was welcoming and chill. Cons: I think they need a couple table servers instead of ppl having to get up and order at the bar leaving the table unattended or staggering the bar visits. Parking: Just don't getting too far from a well lit area. Had a friend's car get broken into.
The wings and fries were good. I also had the liquid marijuana drink and it was so good as well. My group got our food and sat outside with a hookah, we paid $25 to rent it and the vibes were cool, everyone was on some chill vibes and we stayed about 2 hours and left.Recommended dishesWings & Fries
Foood was absolutely amazing and Marie did a marvelous job with making sure my order was correct as well as continuing to make sure we were ok, hookah wasn’t empty, and made sure we had a great time. Overall my experience was marvelous and I highly recommend Food: 5/5
Great Experience! I always stop to see Mariee. Service is always TOP TIER , drinks are great & the food OMG the food! Stop here for a weekend or weekday you’ll enjoy yourself!Food: 5/5
Amber and Marie flew me in, I was starving and needed a drink right at closing and they treated me as if they had just opened. Great service and over all interaction, Would definitely come back.Food: 5/5
