Worst store ever. We ordered 3 matresses and 3 bed frames, "Jennifer" who works there said they will be delivered the next day sunday. We called her on sunday and she said the delivery guy wouldn't be there until tuesday :. So we sent a truck to get us our stuff from the store but she gave the delivery guy completely different matresses than what we paid for. Avoid this store and Jennifer at all cost.

Patrick was absolutely amazing! I hate shopping, so he made it extremely painless. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a full bed set all being delivered within 2 hours of my purchase! I will be back!

Great experience overall! Jennifer is the best customer service representative I have ever interacted with. Not only did she give us a great deal, she always followed up on a regular basis till the time every item was delivered and assembled. There was a major delay from the end supplier to send one of the items but Jennifer made sure she got us the item as soon as she can. Would highly recommend asking for Jennifer if you visit this store.

The person name angel he is so rude and arrogant in nature foesnt respect customer font even give you time to select matress don't even follow his own timing of websites. The other worker Luis and other coworkers is amazing help I would give 0 stay to this manager and store He was even angry as I denied to take wrong matress he charged first n said no return no exchange.

I had a pleasant experience at sleep cheap. The furniture they have is sturdy with reasonable prices. Ivonne, the lady who helped us, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took keen interest in what we wanted and tried to give us many options so we had many choices. 5 stars to her. We did find some price discrepancy between Ashley's furniture online shopping and sleep cheap for the same piece of furniture. I wish they would keep the price competitive. Despite this Ivonne tried her best to give us the best deal. Whoever decides to buy the furniture from here I would highly recommend dealing with Ivonne.

I was furnishing an apartment in Jersey City and just randomly poked my head in here on my way to IKEA and boy am I glad I did! This place has amazing deals on dressers, tables, beds, mattresses, pillows and rugs. It's higher quality, better prices and best of all, supporting a LOCAL business! I especially LOVE their memory foam pillow. Jennifer did a great job with making me feel held as a customer. She's a sweet person and she took amazing care of me. Great find!
