My parents bought a bed from Benny several years ago and mom needed a new bed since dad‘s not around anymore. Mom is hard of hearing and doesn’t see very well, but Benny took a lot of time with her and was extremely patient showing her options, having her try different beds, and, just because she asked him to, teaching her to use a remote that he knew was not going to be the one she was getting with the bed she was purchasing. He stayed after hours and never rushed her demonstrating that he cared more about making sure this elderly person was well served than he cared about profit or a quick sale. You just don’t see that kind of service much these days if at all and that tells you all you need to know about what kind of a company this is! Thank you Benny!
Sleep Haven Bedding will have our business for any mattresses/beds we need. I was treated with so much respect on a very difficult day. My mom was in the last stage of Alzheimer’s. When a hospital bed was needed. The mattress she had used to that point needed to be replaced. The emotion of what was happening hit me when I had barely walked in the door of the store. I am sorry, I don’t remember the name of the kind gentleman who helped me. He gently led me to the mattresses that would fit my needs. He let me speak about my mom he was just so patient with me. Thank you for all of your help. I’m getting ready to sleep on that new mattress tonight. I highly recommend Sleep Haven Bedding
Very nice salesman. Worked to get what I needed. I am disabled so I have special need in a bed. Wanted a firm one with a pillow top for comfort. Got just what I wanted!
Benny the owner, is awesome. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy and that all your questions are answered and everything is perfect before you sign the paperwork. This is only my second trip in but I've been extremely happy both times if you need a bed this is a place to go. Thank you Benny
Amazing experience chatting with Mac and then coming back to test more mattresses while talking to Benny. Both gentlemen have vast knowledge and good understanding on how to guide the customer to the best mattress. I am very satisfied and fully recommend!
The owner, Benny, was so nice & helpful! He gave us lots of information so that we could decide which mattress was right for us. He was not a bit pushy, like some salespeople are.
Bad service. We wanted a good quality mattress. We kept asking for some of the better quality, but the worker kept telling us those where expensive. We decided to take our business somewhere else. We bought a 5k mattress at mattress firm in Manteca.
This place has been amazing. We bought a futon back in March. It had a manufacturing defect and the owner took care of it right away handled everything himself. This is a place i would recommend highly to everyone.
Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Their business is a real contribution to small business in Modesto. Bought my daughters new bed here. She is thoroughly pleased.
