We Booked this hotel because it was near the casino. Big mistake. The carpets were filthy, the chair had a big stain on it. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom. The shower smelled bad and had hair in it.The ice machine was out of order and the drink machine took our money..We arrived at 1:00pm hotel clerk told us we had to wait till 3:00pm. So we had to wait 2 hours. It was very hot in the lobby felt like the heater was on.. Don't stay here it's terrible.
Horrible establishment. Filthy rooms. Exposed wires to the light fixture in the shower and on fire alarm above the bed. Our door would not close and lock without lifting it and once we locked it we were stuck. It took 15 minutes to get out of our room. I told the lady at the front desk when we left and she just asked if I wanted a receipt. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This place is a disaster, it's DISGUSTING. First of all, management is rude and unprofessional. They are very bad at giving good hospitality to its guests. The pool is very dirty and full of dirt, the rooms are very unkept and overall the hotel is very unsanitary. This hotel shouldn't even be considered y'all, it's a hotspot for bacterial infections at that point. The location is what makes this place a bit better. Management needs to get it together and clean everything. I think that if they were more sanitary, this place would have way more guests... Rooms: The bedding is awful, sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well, and the rooms smelt MUSTY. Oh, and the room didn't have towels OR toilet paper. Nearby activities: The location itself is great, though. There's a shopping center and a mall, an ice cream shop, a restaurant, and an amusement park not even 5 minutes away. The location is literally the only thing that makes this place "good." Safety: The pool was very dirty and the water looked like it had been sitting there for a very long time. Who knows what type of bacteria is sitting in that water, stay out of it no matter what.
Do not stay here. Do not stay here. DO NOT STAY HERE. When we got to our room the only clean looking part was the made beds. Everything else was disgusting floors, toilets, showerBut since we live in town and were only there for the pool I didn’t really care about the room. The indoor pool they advertised was ice cold so the lady at the front desk told us to go next door and use Quality inns pool, as that one is heated. Upon arrival to our room there was a plastic bag around the fire alarm and the long mirror was on the floor leaning against the wall, they charged us $50 for those two things. I feel like we got set up because how were we supposed to know that the mirror belonged on the wall? But here we are one month and many phone calls/emails to the manager later and still no one has gotten back to me. My husband woke up with bed bug bites all down his arm. This place is absolutely disgusting. I’m hoping they get shut down soon because no one deserves to spend their hard earned money to stay here.
