My husband and I went to ask questions and see what the financial aspect would entail. We spent a long time there and had all of our questions and concerns answered honestly and with friendliness that was above and beyond anything we were expecting...especially since we were up front from the beginning that we would not be purchasing that day. We came back a few months later and was greeted and treated with a kindness that you don't see too often anymore. We didn't purchase the most expensive bed they sell but was still treated like our purchase mattered because at the end of the day it does even if it is only just to us. There employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They treat you like no matter what that you are their top priority.  If you are looking to make an important decision about your bed this store is the only place you need to go to. They are so wonderful and have answered any and all of my questions before and after we purchased.  Sleep Number Grove City  employees are the best people I have met in a very long time!!!

We were greeted with welcoming smiles at the Grove City, Ohio store.The Manager and her sales associate were very knowledgeable about the products. They were very helpful in selecting the sleep number mattress that was right for our needs.  We never felt rushed and they took the time with us to explain all of the details for a sleep number bed. The store was neat and clean. We would purchase another bed from this store .

Those beds in the sleep number are absolutely wonderful to sleep on and they are so soft and the people are nice and friendly.

Process took a couple hours but Miranda was amazing. She walked us through the whole process and gave us lots of options to go over. Overall, very happy with the experience, hope our new bed is as pleasant!

Absolutely re-think purchasing a sleep number bed!  You have 100 nights to tryout.  However if you have a problem it takes over an hour for customer service, two weeks to schedule service and the $4000 base is non refundable even if you return the bed which we were not told! Worst purchase ever.

The purchasing process takes a little bit of time to ensure you are getting the proper bed with the options you desire. However, it is worth the time due to the price of these sleeping systems. Our sleep professional Desiree was absolutely phenomenal! She took her time answering all of our questions and explained the differences between all the different levels of the beds. Not only did she explain the differences, but she took the time to demonstrate them as well. Desiree was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very personable.  We are pleased with our purchases! Desiree made a potentially confusing process into an absolute pleasure.

Andy has been an absolute joy to work with. He walked us through the entire system, found our numbers and worked through finances and different quotes and even made us hot chocolate, and stayed a bit over close to finish with us. Truly enjoyed our experience here! Would absolutely recommend.

I had never seriously considered investing in one of their products because I perceived them as being cost prohibitive for a guy like me. I spend the bulk of my nights in a recliner because of issues with my back and legs from a couple of spinal surgeries. And after a maximum of three hours in my own bed, the discomfort is so great that I'm forced to go to my recliner. After spending an hour examining these beds, I'm indulging in the fantasy of spending an entire night in one of these beds! It was just a notion before we entered the Sleep Number store. Now I don't think my wife and I will be satisfied until we are sleeping on our own!

Bed's were very nice and sales lady was very curtious to us, not pushy didn't try to take us into buying a bed. She just let us try them, Anna told us how they all worked different according to his we wanted the mattresses to feel to us.

DONT GET A SLEEP NUMBER BED!  if you need to return the bed get ready to pay $249 for them to pick up their glorified air matress.  REGRETTED THIS PURCHASE!!  I HAVEN'T SLEPT WELL FOR A MONTH AND THEN TRY TO SET UP A RETURN. THEY CHANGED THE PICK UP DATE W/OUT NOTIFICATON TO US!  THE MANAGER WAS HELPFUL AT FIRST NEXT DAY SHE WAS RUDE AND WAS IN A HURRY TO GET OFF OF THE PHONE TO GO HOME TO HER BABY...  AH SORRY THAT YOU HAVE TO MAYBE DO YOUR JOB!   TERRIBLE TERRIBLE YOUTHFUL EMPLOYEES.  TYPICAL LOW RATED STAFF.  I GUESS JUST NEEDING A HEARTBEAT TO STAFF THE STORE!
