I ordered my bed in June 2023; The staff was very knowledgeable. The team helped me get something as close to the one I owned for twenty-plus years. I couldn't purchase the top bed in which I had, but I bought the next one closest because I wanted a king-size bed. I had to change my delivery date because the time didn't work with my work schedule. Today it was delivered. The delivery drivers were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They removed my old sleep number bed and base. They left my apartment and the hallway clean and neat. I was sleeping on my old bed that was not working correctly since May 2023 when I moved into my new apartment. After unpacking my old mattress when I arrived at my new apartment, it was on yet’s last days. I couldn't complain because I got twenty-plus years out of it. I can't wait to get a better night's rest. Thank you!

The associate my husband and I worked with was very pleasant and professional. He did not approach us with a sales pitch or seem to be just trying to sell us a sleep number bed. He was informative and genuine. The manager at my location rocks! We purchased a bed and adjustable base, now we are anticipating and excited about delivery! Other mattress stores gave us a delivery date of December 2020, Sleep Number delivery date is in November! I can't wait!
Marla at the Owings Mills store was so helpful and informative. She showed us the beds that were recommended based on our sleep experience. We never felt pressured in our purchase. We ended up getting the split king I8 and the base. We also purchased pillows, got 2 sheet sets for free and a mattress cover for free. Marla made our first experience at the Sleep Number Store an awesome one! So excited for delivery! Thank you, again, Marla!
The store experience was great, Raza was very thorough. We went for the Labor Day weekend sale, tried all the beds, and thought we got a great deal. We talked AT LENGTH about whether our existing platform adjustable bed would work with the mattress and decided to get the "integrated base" so that the compressor and wires would be tucked neatly. When my partner asked what we would be getting, Raza pointed to the floor model that didn't raise and said that one. When comparing what we were getting, all of the pictures showed the mattress on the "integrated base" THAT WAS ON A FRAME. At no point at all were we told that the "integrated base" DOES NOT include the FRAME. Apparently this is not uncommon as our delivery men said lots of people seemed surprised to be getting just a BOX SPRING sure, with a hole for the compressor and a mattress. Thank goodness we got it on sale, as I'd be even more livid to have to pay even more to get a freaking frame. So, we sleep on the floor tonight. Tried to call the store but no call back yet. Supremely disappointed in this apparent bait and switch. This store needs to be upfront and frank about the fact that the "integrated base" does NOT include a frame. Had I known upfront, I could have planned. As it stands, I am very unhappy.
Kiearrah was great and made our visit easy going and helped my wife and I really understand what we were buying. She didn't make me feel rushed into the sale and after doing some homework, found out she knew her stuff and told us the truth. Felt like we were speaking to a younger friend and not a salesperson. Overall the store and personnel is a very welcoming place.
Floyd did a great job making the process seamless!!! From the first introductory call, to the reminder appt call, to the welcome at the store, Floyd ensured I was well informed. After years considering this purchase it’s finally become a reality. Thank you Floyd!!!!

Our sales person marla was great. We keep checking back and forth between 2 different beds and she was a very patient person. Not a pushy typical sales person. I would recommend going out of your way to seeing her
I was greeted upon entering the store, Marla listened to my reasons for wanting a Sleep Number bed, took me through the process of finding my number and trying different beds. Although most of my questions were answered I wish there was more information given about the materials that are inside the mattress as I am sensitive to many materials I told her about my allergy to memory foam. Like many retailers, there was a slight urgency to the sell but I already knew I wanted to try one when going in. The only BIG DRAWBACK with purchasing one, despite the 100-day tryout, is that you cannot return the foundation for the mattress which makes absolutely NO sense to me. I just hope it works for me with that knowledge.
