Ben at the Fairview Heights mall was exceptional. He took an hour of his time to not only do his job incredibly well, but spent the time explaining all the financing options whether it was the current process or the upcoming finance options which would have been worse than presently. Ben spent time explaining all the different bundles as well as including discounts that he could maximize us on. We will definitely be pointing any friends or families in the market for a mattress to Sleep Number due to the amount of time and resources they place in their products. Thanks again.
Matt was a great salesman. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He also helped us get the best price and the best mattress that fit our needs
The saleswoman sold us on their impeccable service and the fact that she would follow up with us regularly to make sure we were happy in the bed. Fast forward, we haven’t heard anything from her. I called the store to say we’ve given it 2 months and we are very unhappy. They said we have to call customer service 800#. Customer Service is always on a 3 hour wait and manage to call me back at the most inconvenient time. I finally got through to someone and she is TERRIBLE AND RUDE. I’m on hold at the moment as she’s processing our return… 15 min of waiting so far….
Had a great experience at the Sleep Number Store in Fairview Heights, IL. Our Sleep Expert, Ben, made sure that my wife and I were taken care of from the moment that we walked in, all the way through to the purchase of our new Sleep Number bed. We are return customers to Sleep Number and Ben made the choice easy. Cannot wait to get our new P6 and get those first nights of great sleep!
Went from 0 to 100 real quick in here. I'm not complaining though. Anitera McGee made our first trip into a Sleep Number store great. They helped us and answered every question we had. So glad we made the decision to get a sleep number bed.
Ended up buying the bed. Lol.. our sales associate Ben was very convincing . Can't wait to sleep through the night. Plus delivery will only be 2 weeks and not months like other stores. The price was amazing for what we got. Gave us every discount that he could and no interest for 2 years to boot. Yeah!!!
Nice atmosphere and pleasant people to work with. Knowledgeable and didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a sleep number bed.
Recently purchased a bed from the vendor at the St. Clair Mall and received great customer. We paid nearly 9k and waited one month for delivery. Their delivery department scheduled a blocked time that fit their schedule in the afternoon to deliver. On the day of the delivery, the delivery driver called asking if they could deliver three hours early. I told them I would have to stick to the agreed upon delivery timeframe. I left work and called their delivery driver 30 mins after receiving their call and no one answered. I called multiple times during the delivery time and no one answered. I called the store where I purchased the bed and they called the delivery manager. The delivery manager called apologizing trying to reschedule. I cancelled the purchase and will buy from a different vendor. Overall, this experience was horrible and would not recommend purchasing from the St. Clair Mall.
