I purchased the sleep number bed back in 2020 at Santee store; this bed is very expensive!!! I have yet to have a restful sleep in this bed. I get up a lot of times with back aches, then the snoring feature doesn’t even work. I got a voicemail from Jessica today at sleep number at the Santee store about upgrading. When I called back I spoke to Allen who is the store manager. the experience I had with him was horrible!!!! I told him I wasn’t happy with the bed and paid too much for a bed that supposedly supposed to give you a good night sleep; he was Unsympathetic and told me that he wasn’t there for the transaction so he had no Sympathy for me….. WHAT are you serious…What kind of answer is that especially from a manager. He was just plain rude and had no customer service. I’ve had better customer service with workers at Walmart. I definitely will never suggest anybody to get a sleep number. I had a Tempur-pedic before I got the sleep number And I never had a problem with my Tempur-pedic bed. My suggestion is to go with Tempur-pedic not sleep number horrible horrible horrible!!!
After spending a week’s vacation on Maui, Hawaii on a different bed and coming home to our old mattress we decided to go explore the benefits of a Sleep Number bed. We had heard great reviews and testimonies from friends who owned them. Our salesperson “D” at the store in Santee, CA spent the entire afternoon with us both. After testing all models and taking a small walk outside to review all our options we went back in and closed the deal. We ended up spending more than what we intended to do – but realizing that this would be our last investment in a bed, we both decided to get the added benefits now included into our model for this purchase. We can’t wait to have this new bed delivered and set up! Thank you “D” for all your extra help and insights to provide the guidance in our decision making!
It was a very informative visit. We already knew we wanted a Sleep Number bed, we just needed a knowledgeable person to assist us in finding the best one for us. A very pleasant experience.
I purchased my bed at the santee store in December with all the bells and whistles, but I called the store back about a week later and I changed my order to just having a basic bed with the medal frame. I made sure to remind the sale associate that I would need a bed frame when my bed get delivered. But to my surprise when I received my delivery my bed didn’t come with a bed frame, so now my bed is on the floor. I called the store and I spoke to Mary, she then transferred my call to the customer service line, which took me 1 hour and 19 minutes to speak to someone. Within the 5 minutes of our conversation the Representative hung up. I thought maybe she will call back especially since it’s takes an hour or so just to get a hold of someone. But nope that didn’t happen either. I finally was able to speak to someone the following day. After everything I went through I feeI like all this was more of a hassle when I should have some enjoyment in purchasing a bed. I also found out that there are special instructions to disassemble your bed when you move, and if you don’t do it right and something happens your bed isn’t covered under the warranty. They have movers to do this for you but it will cost you $100-$200 just to do it.
I was thoroughly impressed with the personal attention I received from Carol. She was friendly and extremely informative. When I finally made my mattress choice, I felt that my choice was the right one for me. She guided me through the purchase, financing, and phone app registration process quickly and efficiently. I'd give six stars if I could!!
I went to the Sleep Number Store in the Trolley Shopping Square to buy my bed. I had slept on one at my sisters house. I have back issues and after I tried her bed I knew I needed to get one myself. When I went to the store I was met by Sleep Expert Mikayla. She was very knowledgeable and well informed on this kind of bed. She had me try different kinds of beds and mattress to see what kind I felt would work for me. She even gave me some phone numbers of places that would hall out my old bed frame. Other than the price being a little high. I feel you get a great bed and warranty that is well worth it. I am sure glad I bought a sleep number bed. It should be my last bed I ever have to buy.
We received informed customer service at our recent trip to Sleep Number in Santee. Our helpful associate, Carol, gave us the information needed to make the best choice in purchasing a new mattress for our home. Upon completing our purchase, the "system" was not cooperative, and we were not able to make an appointment for our mattress to be delivered. Carol promptly called us the next business day to follow up and schedule our appointment as promised. We had an excellent experience at this location which resulted in our purchase of our first Sleep Number mattress-- which we're excited to receive in 2 weeks for our first nights sleep!
We luv our Sleep Number stuff. One of the best investments we ever made. My wife and I can never find a regular bed that would be comfortable for both of us. This has been the best solution for us to over come this issue. The warranty has been outstanding as we had to replace a motor that failed due to a short circuit and a mattress due to to potty incident. They were replaced with just a phone call. The stores have always way been great. They have gone out of their way every time. Only issue I have is how expensive stuff is but they do do alot of coupons for their customers and you can give those sometime to new customers.
My wife andI had an amazing experience choosing the right bed. We always thought every bed was the same until we decided to put it to the test and Sleep Number did not disappoint. If you haven't tried a sleep number, we highly recommend it. It's an investment worth your money as it helps your body get the proper rest it needs to reconnect with your soul in the mornings.
Mikayla took all the time we needed to show us every option available. We’d done prior research on Consumer Reports so new we were looking at a quality bed. The great sale, coupled with the 25 year warranty, sealed the deal! Two days later we returned to make the purchase - assisted by Liz who explained the final details and made the paperwork a breeze to complete. The topper was the older couple who walked in and said they’d enjoyed their Sleep Number bed for 18 years!! They were coming in to replace it knowing that the technology had improved. Sleep Number in Santee is courteous, knowledgeable, clean and well organized. I would have no problem referring to them.
