Bad business these people scammed me out of over $1300. Supposedly they fixed my AC. I paid for it once and it went out again. I took it back they said it was the pump so I paid for that. it went out again. Now idk what to do I think the mechanic is just fixing things to where it’s gonna go right back out and not fix it the right way the first time they don’t answer the phones bad business I’m thinking small claims court…
Terrible business Terrible Terrible customer service.. My daughter bought a car like 4days ago put down 2500 and in 4 days she needed a Cadillac converter... Like how... Why!!! Then she had to Uber to work!! Why? The least they could of did was give her a rental.. The rude receptionist said she is lucky she getting the car fixed for free! A freaking lemon law if I ain't ever seen one! Then they decide if to put a tracker on your car by the way you look .. DO NOT BUY HERE... The OWNER. Is the worse!, The receptionist is a liar.. watch your paper work they are CROOKED
Our party called wt information on an auto...based on the information we drove 2 hours. The auto was not in the condition it was presented as over the text or photos. We were there less than 3 minutes because the auto's new bumper was mismatched paint that didnt match the true colour of the rest of the car and there was incomplete body work, and the back window was not fully secured. The auto had been a smoker car, which was not told to us. Time was wasted because the truthful information on the car's condition was not disclosed verbally or in the photos or in text. Full transparency is essential in selling and buying cars. It would have been nice here.
Anthony was an amazingly patient and sociable salesman. He showed genuine interest in what I was looking for and listened to what I said. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy in any way. Veronica helped me with financing and she was such a sweetheart! I love these guys and will definitely come back again for my next car! Definitely recommend them if you're on the market!

It's my 3rd time doing business with Silver Star Auto and I've got great results every time. The cars are well priced and in good condition, I've had Veronica help me every time and she went above and beyond getting me the car I wanted each time.
I bought an Audi convertible from SilverStarAuto, and I love it! I will buy my next car from them as well, Totally happy
I bought a car from here about 2 weeks ago. I went to check it out and all and car ran fine there, they told me they fixes everything that needed to get fixed and not even a day later when I took it home, check engine light came on for 8 codes. I tried returning the car but they claim I am not able to, and they also told me they would send me the new parts to install but I have yet to hear from them, it's been two weeks. They also said they did a tune up on the car before it was sold, but turns out they only changed one coil and one spark plug on it. Sad thing is I drove over 4 hours to give them my business for them to not be honest with me. I personally won't be doing business with this dealer in the future again. Update, it's been a month and I rarely hear back from them now. Car is still messed up and sitting in my drive way and i am carless. they keep feeding me lots of lies, they keep saying they shipped out the parts but got lost in transit as well as saying they sent me a check but that was a week ago. Honestly wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Response to owner: car is still sitting in my driveway not running. Idk why you said I received a check when I have not. I was patient when it came to waiting for parts but everytime i called for an update you guys would say a different story every time. I understand about part shortages because i myself work on parts. But your guys customer service is not good and never will i do business here again and I hope you guys don't screw over anyone else.
I bought a mini van a while back and was waiting to post a review. I still have the vehicle and it runs great. I have driven it out of state and it still runs the same as when I got it. The man that runs the dealership is very friendly and cares about his customers. He made sure the car was in good condition before I took it home. I would definitely come back to buy a car if your on a budget and in the market for used cars.
I honestly don’t know where to begin SILVERAUTOSTAR you guys are the absolute best !!! I literally get goosebumps typing this !! First I want to give a huge and special shout-out to Veronica she’s is the best and is the most sweetest lady I’ve ever meet! She called ME !! Yes she CALLED ME TO HELP ME GET THE CAR I WANTED!!! & after that moment she made me feel like I was the only person that she had in front of her!! I can go on and on about Veronica & tell you how much she made me feel special!! Also shout - out to Amber she was also sooo amazing!! She took me in personal from one lot to there other car lot where the car was that I wanted! She let me test drive the vehicle on my own & let me drive the car comfortably & from there took me back to the Highland location & that’s when I meet Veronica & the rest is history I walked out of there w/ the car I wanted at monthly cost and Amazing insurance that Veronica had pointed me towards!! SHOUT OUT TO AUTOSTARSILVER !! IM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU GUYS !!!! Xoxo
