Para tu mayor comodidad tenemos area de Regaderas, lockers y un amplio Vapor para un buen momento de relajación, y aquellos que gustan de lucir una piel bronceada nuestra cama de bronceado sera excelente para ustedes.

This gym is awesome.  It has everything you could imagine.

I wanted to register and terrible attitude of the receptionist in the afternoon. Making faces, omitting that he was listening to us. We were very interested in being part of the gym, but thanks to his "incredible attitude" he gives up. They should have better training or another person because it is not POSSIBLE that for a receptionist who is paid a salary, you lose 2 clients who pay annuities.  More attention there.

Gym with ample space and different equipment for the upper and lower trunk on the 1st floor. It has crossfit on the 2nd floor, they also give mma classes and there is a ring on this floor. On the 3rd floor it has many treadmills, bikes and cardio equipment, as well as having abs equipment. They give yoga classes on this floor.  They have showers and a sauna, which unfortunately is not yet available due to the water problem in NL.  Hours 6am-11pm M-F, Saturday 8am-3pm, & Sunday 10am-2pm

Excellent gym, very spacious and well-kept facilities and excellent trainers.

A very complete gym in terms of equipment and classes dance, CrossFit, spinning as well as being very spacious. They are very effective to repair a device if it has a defect, generally the next day they are working. The staff and trainers are very attentive to the employees looking to get the braces done correctly The atmosphere inside the gym is very pleasant, the employees themselves support each other and give advice to improve your routines.

Excellent facilities, very good service, affordable price, but they neglect the issue that the gym has a good temperature to train, sometimes it feels suffocating to train both in weights and in cardio!!  It would be great if they would further extend their opening hours to 5 am.

It is the best gym in the area, and one of the best in the city. It has 4 levels, the first has the reception, store of supplements, clothing, accessories, tanning bed and room for children. The second is the weight area, which is super large. The third floor is the area for "CrossFit" and mixed martial arts. The fourth level has the spinning room, cardiopulmonary exercise machines such as ellipticals, recumbent bikes, treadmills and Stairmasters; it also has an area of ​​devices for the abdomen and lower back; and the room for group classes such as Latin rhythms, yoga, twerk, etc. The entire building is air-conditioned, has bathrooms, dressing rooms, showers and lockers. Hours are Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 11 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. I recommend taking advantage of the promotions in annual plans.
