I had a really positive experience at the courthouse and feel that multiple employees went out of their way to be kind and helpful
THEY ARE SO CORRUPT.....paid off Judges.......they targeted the whistleblower on a $165 MILLION securities fraud as a "vexatious litigant" which REQUIRES that the person litigated "to the end" 5 lawsuits in a 7 year period...which NEVER HAD OCCURRED,,,,AGAINST LAW and with the CORRUPT District Attorney office THEY SHUT THE PERSON UP, saddling them with a near MILLION DOLLAR DEBT when the PERSON had 30 people behind them...ALL OWNERS OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES used in/in support of the IPHONE and multiple FORTUNE 500 Companies!!! the WHISTLEBLOWER WAS ACTUALLY AMBUSHED PHYSICALLY BY THE thieves HENCHMEN posturing as "corporate" officials in a LAW FIRM WITH SECURITIES DOCUMENTS the day the IPHONE WAS ANNOUNCED TO THE WORLD....the only good Judge that was interacted with up there on this case was LaBarbera...but even he got annoyed with the "details" of the still hidden crimes and seemed to ditch the matter himself
Based on the comments below and the way I was treated at this court by an employee named Mary from the Traffic Department, I understand now this is a recurring problem. I called the court because I received a letter about a court date and Mary would not listen to my question. I tried asking her politely but she wouldn’t even let me explain my situation and hung up the phone in the middle of my sentence. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. I honestly do not understand how this behavior can be tolerated, especially at a government department. If you do not want to help answer caller questions about matters that are important concerning the law then you should not have taken a job at a court. I don’t know what else to do or where to call now.
I didn't see free parking so we parked in the parking structure and one of us parked by the library at a metered spot. Clean but warm, was a hot day when we went. Officers and staff were polite. Wish there was more help or mapping to show where to find specific rooms. Only saw printed schedule at the metal detector of court info and verbal directions were given but became muddled after the 4th left and right turn We came here for positive reasons so it may be different from others' perspectives.
This place is a COMPLETE SHAM. The whole CITY and POLICE DEPARTMENT is a TRAP to FALSELY INCRIMINATE PEOPLE AND THROW THEM IN JAIL THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. NEVER GO HERE. NEVER GO TO SAN LUIS OBISPO. If you VALUE YOUR LIFE.
I’ve called multiple times to simply ask a question about my case because I don’t understand what is happening. I just wanted to ask a simple question and the woman talking to me named Mary was completely rude from the moment she answered the phone.told me “you answered your own questions” “why are you even calling about this” when I asked something? Uhh what? We understand you hate your job, but our tax’s are paying your bills. Be a little nicer to people.
Traffic department representative Mary talked over me the whole time on the phone and wouldn’t let me explain my question. She answered with full frustration and anger from the very start of the call and wouldn’t listen to me. She hung up on me mid-question so I called again and got her. She continued to not provide the information I needed regarding a court date and blamed me for “being impatient” when I was telling her over and over again, I was not concerned about response time and fully understood that the process takes a while. All I wanted to know so if I need to appear in court on the date on the ticket or on the date on the letter the court sent me. That simple. And she still wouldn’t tell me. She was incredibly hard to deal with. Felt like talking to a brick wall. I’ve got no straight answers and nowhere else to go to figure it out. If I miss my appearance date, it’s on her. Wildly unprofessional. I’ve had fantastic, straightforward, productive experiences with other representatives here, so I feel bad giving it 1 star, but I wanted to express the severity of how bad Mary’s service was
Matt at self-help was so helpful and courteous very knowledgeable I felt my case was an excellent hands
Absolutely useless, would not provide information nor listen, referred to a self help center, there is a case involving my rights and they would not discuss nor give me the time of the hearing and punted to self help center
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I work full time until after the court is closed and its about a 40minute drive to slo to get there to deal with them personally. I had been calling vigorously leaving messages and trying to navigate their poor phone systems. First couple of days I was unsuccessful and was told that I couldn't leave a message as their voicemail was full. I was being sent mail regarding a fine I needed to pay and rather my calls being returned initially i was mailed correspondance that was not clear to me. It wasn't until my blood was boiling and I had become extremely upset that someone returned my call only to break professionalism and laugh at me while finally giving me the info I needed. I f***ing can't stand their customer service. Its sad that such a nice county has some of the most rudest and disrespectful people handling calls coming in and out this place. Its obviously not all their staff but the few bad ones ruin it for the lot
