Tax service was extremely fast and hassle free, dropped them offing a Friday, received a courtesy call to inform me of the refund/ payment amounts the following Tuesday, signed and picked up my copies at my convenience the following Monday. Everything was taken care of, I just had to write a check and drop the provided envelope in the mail. Tax prep price was $55.00 less than I paid the previous year at another preparer.
