Salesperson she was working alone that day was VERY patient with our family 9 of us as we looked for a liftchair for nursing home resident. He was also there with his INPUT. THANKYOU! We found one that was agreeable to all. Your Salesperson was very thorough in describing the details of operation and the protection plan and delivery. She made the sales part very smooth and easy. Would recommend this store for it's outstanding sales and service.
Selection was good. Service was great. Available for same day pickup selection was limited, but quality is worth the wait. Prices were reasonable for products i purchased.
Very helpful and prompt! Got everything I needed and all my questions answered without ever going into the store. A week later I had my furniture in my home.

Arden was great. He helped me pick the perfect recliner. He even indulged me and sat in a few of the chairs for me as he was about the same height as my husband and I wanted to make sure the recliner was a comfortable one for him. Thank you Arden for being such a good sport!

Excellent and efficient service in store and delivery. Jean knows her product line inside and out, and she makes things happen! Very happy with my Lazyboy loveseat and Slumberland.
The employees are the greatest. We made a purchase and was the wrong size. We called them and as soon as we contacted them they got us a new bed that works for our son. If I could, I would give them a million stars. We are truly grateful for them being so understanding. Also, the products they have available are fantastic too!
