We are conveniently located behind the Rushmore Mall. We deliver to both the northern and southern Black Hills. In-store pickup is also available during regular business hours. By far one of the most pleasant furniture buying we've had. Warm welcome along with great info about the items we had selected online. After being allowed to wander the store with no pressure, our questions were answered effectively. We decided on 2 sofas and a 3 piece coffee/end table set to coordinate the group. Purchase was simple along with pick up details arranged around our schedule and product availability. Will certainly return here for our next furniture purchase.
When I decided I needed an adjustable bed, my immediate go to was Slumberland. I furnished most of my house with their products over the years and have been happy with that decision. Once again they did not disappoint. Great service and great product.
I had a wonderful experience working with Becky. She listen very closely to what we were looking for. She showed us several different options. We did not feel pushed or pressured into making any decisions. It was a wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely shop there again.
I have shopped Slumberland stores in 4 states and would like to thank the staff in each location for a wonderful experience, during a very stressful time. They helped find furniture I ask about and assured me about orders that had been placed.They set up delivery and covered all aspects of the products and process. The whole staff was friendly and helpful but Tammy SD and Jeremy MNwere exceptional!
Very helpful and friendly. A feeling of being welcomed into their business. Great selection and expertise with knowledge of their product. Highly recommend if you want the personal touch experience without sales pressure. Highly recommend.
Steve was very helpful and gave me time to feel things out for myself. I also appreciate that he worked with my tight timeline. Purchasing and loading went smoothly and everyone was so helpful.
Tammy was very nice & helpful. She showed & described several mattresses & let us try them out without pressuring us at all. Her knowledge & ability to answer our many questions, was so helpful. We Thank her for all of her help to make our decision. We would recommend her & Slumberland to anyone.
I went to buy a powerlift chair for my husband who is very ill and the new owner made the process easy so we could get it delivered quickly. The chair quality is better than I expected. They have a great selection of whatever furniture you’re looking for.
A very pleasant experience ordering my chair. The gentlemen were very informative and answered all my questions.
The sales staff were excellent! They know their stuff, and really treat you like family. No high pressure sales. They have competitive pricing, and are just a pleasure to work with. Great job Slumberland!
