Their sales team was great. They checked in with us while we were browsing but left us alone to look around. They were available, attentive, and they listened to us and asked questions. They provided us info that helped us make our own choice without trying to push a sale. They were clear about costs and delivery timelines as well. I will likely go back again.
Placed an order during covid 5/2020 exchanged couch. Salesman never transferred protection plan i was not aware ofnow when needed new salesman vis the phone was rude and not helpful. Offered NO assistance or remedy.Will NEVER shop there again.

Andy was very helpful and informative. We were looking for a mattress for our son. Andy talked to us not just as a salesman, but also a parent and understood our needs and wants. Our son loves his new mattress and has slept very soundly ever since our purchase!
