I I don’t usually do reviews but considering the customer service and the ladies at the front office are so absolutely amazing. I just had to get on here to review. Yes sometimes it can be a little long of a wait, but theses people really do care about your kids teeth and try to take care of them asap I absolutely would recommend this dentist to any of my friends and family

This office has always been very friendly and is always really good with the kids, however with them seeming being such a good dentist I let my guard down and didn’t really question much even though I’ve been warned. I has 2 appointments for 2 of my kids today so I couldn’t be in both rooms at the same time so I chose to spend the majority of the time with my smaller child since my other daughter was a teenager. The dentist came to me after all the work had been done and asked me to resign the paperwork because they had to change something’s but they still worked on the same teeth that we spoke about. I asked to see what had changed bc I found it strange that they wouldn’t tell me before doing the work. So she lied! She initially told me that she added a surface area to a tooth and took another one off but no that’s not what happened at all. She did add a surface area and also changed work to another tooth to require much more then we talked about and even worked on a whole other tooth that wasn’t supposed to be touched and never removed any work like she originally said before I asked to see. They lied straight to my face and tricked me into signing for work that I never approved and told me they didn’t do work that they clearly did!! If you bring your children here watch and question everything!!! Definitely don’t sign for work that wasn’t discussed prior!!! Unbelievable they’re still in business. Maybe that’s why they changed their name?

I do not recommend this dentist!!!! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would!!! I was already warned by me dentist about taking my kids to See More Smiles or small Smile, their previous name as they have been known to do unnecessary work, especially on baby teeth. They prefer doing caps bc they make more money. Be careful bc they will cap adult teeth as well but really go over board with the baby teeth. They will try to make you feel bad as if your a bad parent for questioning them and they will try pushing you. Question EVERYTHING protect your children!!

I've been going here for a couple years now. They are very nice and do a great job at working with the kiddos. Yes they don't answer the phone SOMETIMES but they are understaffed so that's to be expected and I've always been able to leave a voicemail and they always call personal to remind you of your appointment not a robot. Idk sure the chairs could probably be replaced but that's the only thing I can really say bad about it.

If I could give this pos office no stars I would. Staff is completely unprofessional and rude! No one ever answers the phone and it's impossible to get an appointment.

I've taken my son here a few times and the dentist and staff are very nice and did good work on my son. However, that was when I could actually schedule an appointment. Never use to have an issue getting ahold of them. Now in the past year or 2, you can never even get through. I could not tell you how many times I have tried to call, at different times of the day, early morning, right before they close, etc. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CLEAR THEIR VOICEMAILS TO EVEN LEAVE ONE!! This is such a bad business practice. Some other kind of protocol needs to be put in place. I was also told this is the only place that carries laughing gas for the littles, but that is NOT true! Healthsource Dentist offers this as well so don't be fooled!

The receptionist were very rude, they stared at me for a entire minute without even speaking and also refused to answer any questions. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but that was my first time there and definitely my last.

I was a little apprehensive about our visit after reading some of the reviews but that all changed the moment we walked in the door! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I had 2 kids with me appointments back to back which ended up being simultaneous visits. Turned out perfect! I was able to bounce back and forth between rooms for both children. The whole entire crew of nurses and doctors were awesome! Answered all my questions and gave detailed instructions of the next steps! Thank you See More Smiles!! You guys rock!! #NKOTB #hangingtough

My daughter comes once a year and is always a little nervous but the staff is always excellent. It’s always a easy experience for her but her teeth are in great shape so that’s probably why. Even in conversations I overhear from my perspective as a parent I think the staff is always nice but transparent and very helpful especially when it comes to prevention. I highly recommend.
