Small Space Storage

We've used this storage facility on and off over the last 15 years, and they were always very nice. Over the last 4 or 5 months, though, communication has really been bad. The prices have increased twice in the last year, and I was not even informed of the latest price increase. No email, no physical mail, no phone call. They use to give a month's notice, but nothing. The new people working the office are not as sociable as the previous workers. And they no longer Clea For spiders or webs. I'm sad to see their customer service going down, for higher prices.

Great place for good prices, average hours of operation, and they are good with communication when any issues arise. Would definitely recommend this storage facility. They have upgrades going on and their buildings are secure.

Had my Stuff stored here for awhile. Would Definitely Recommend! It's clean, and Never a problem with my unit. Staff is Very nice, and keep the grounds clean. Good Communications via email on Closed Dates/times Holidays. Was only 1 raise in price in 4 years, and Good Communication on that. Would Definitely Recommend this Stoage Space!!!!

I love Krystal the office manager that holds the place together. The storage units aren’t the best. It’s not climate controlled. The second level of the buildings can be a challenge to get in and out of, but the staff is so amazing. I have been there for 5 years and Krystal does everything in her job that makes me forget all the other items I mentioned. Thank you for all that you have done for my family and me.

Small Space is now open on Sundays! It was strange for a storage facility to be closed on Sundays, which was really my only complaint before. I have an upstairs unit, so it's a little slower to load unload because I have to use the lifts, but they've always worked fine. Once, the door by the lift was locked and nobody was around to unlock it, so I had to carry everything up the stairs on the far side of the building, but that only happened once. The aisles are a little narrow, but I've only once had a problem where someone else was in their unit and close enough to mine to be crowded. The managers are always friendly and willing to help, and the price isn't too bad.

I meet Rooney at Small Space Storage when I stopped by looking for a storage space. Being my first time renting a storage space Rooney was very professional and explained how everything worked. He show me the space that was the size I was looking for, very clean. Since it was my first rental I explained I wanted to check out the other two in the area. I was back In 30 minutes to rent my storage space. I am happy with their month to month rental agreement. I was able to down size and Rooney made it very easy to do. Very happy and would recommend Small Space Storage

Leo was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to myself and other customers that came in as I was completing my lease agreement. He was patient and accomodating with me and my talkative 8 year old son lol as he showed me various units in order for me to establish how much storage space that I would need. Their rates and hours are comparable to other storage facilities in the area, and they were the most conveniently located facility near me. If you live near or are moving to Los Alamitos, I would highly recommend Small Space Storage.

This is the third site I've written a review for this place. It was so easy, clean and the price is right. The repetition of reviews is for Leo. The manager. He is helpful, very nice, and he goes out of his way to help his customers. I can't praise this guy enough.

This place is amazing, the price and quality of service is great! Rooney and Crystal are both amazing and deliver exceptional customer service. I have been here for many years and have had storage units in other locations, but this one is the best!

We have rented multiple units for many years, and have been very pleased with this facility, and the staff. We first met Rooney when he came to work here and over the years he has been exceptionally helpful!
