Olivia is terrific, patiently and cheerfully taking the time to answer all my questions. Not having been to Disney world in 15 years, I've got LOTS of questions.

My travel agent was rude and nasty to deal with. No matter how many times I asked her to clarify the information she was sending me, she only got meaner and meaner with me. All they did was collect a commission on the room - they did nothing else they advertised. Horrible waste of money. Just go directly through Disney.

Employees make this business the success it is. Sue, the owner is quite accomplished. Couldn't ask for a better establishment to book Disney

I don’t understand the point of using a travel agent unless I just got unlucky Everything was on me as far as reservations/booking anything. The only thing she did was book my room….I could’ve done that myself I got an email from Disney not my travel agent saying that the pool at the place I’m staying will be closed so when I mentioned this to her, it was “oh I was going to tell you that” then she proceeded to offer me a different resort who’s pool will also be closed. How do I know more than her?? I’m sorry but I’m just not understanding the point of using this service, if anything it’s more inconvenient for me since any time I need to make any changes I have to email and wait to hear back for her do it instead of just doing it myself I used this service to take the stress of it off of me but none of that is included, it’s all on you
