Prices is a little too high for a gym price. Nice facility, great range of equipment and it's clean. The fact that they have child care is great too, having said that they could offer different packages that include child care that would help dropp the cost to the other members that don't need that. All in all it's a fair gym.

Group classes were great! When it came time to cancel my membership we moved I did not have the same experience some of the other reviewers had. Brad handled it on the phone for me just fine and refunded this month due to a slight miscommunication. I had no problem. I would definitely recommend.

Very dirty and don’t think it gets dusted or cleaned unless you do it yourself. Staff is not very friendly and god forbid you try and cancel your membership you will need to jump through hoops and not a simple phone call as most any business will do for you. And was refused a manager to speak with being I have a severe flue and didn’t feel comfortable coming in personally. I was told to come in sick or don’t get your membership canceled otherwise you will continue paying weather your here or not… Customer service sucks

It seems like this place is getting neglected. The floors don't get vacuumed as often as they should, and they really need to do a good deep clean and shampoo the carpet. Front desk staff just hang out and play on their phones. The equipment is getting run-down seats , ripped up, and shredded on some equipment and have been for a while. Upstairs, there was a chunk of dreadlock on the floor for over 3 months. This place can be the best with some better training for the staff and weekly and monthly cleaning goals. I will update my post if these changes take place and put it back to a 5 star

Everyone in here is very nice and helpful. The machines are great.

Clean, really nice up to date equipment and very friendly helpful staff. Also, accessible to work out 24/7.

Clean enough, sauna still isn't operating due to covid. Lame !!! But has plenty of weight and a decent deadlift squatting area and it has light CrossFit stuff as well

Best gym in the LC Valley. I've tried them all, and none compare. You will meet men and women here who are not only strong, but knowledgeable. Anyone who is serious about making a healthy, SMART change to their life, and sick of not seeing progress, should definitely give Smart Fitness a try.

Big spacious gym, lots of options for group fitness, lots of options for membership billing, daycare on site. Certified accredited personal trainers and a huge plus its open 24 hours a day !!
