Great store. Most furniture stores have such similar products, just arranged differently with different colors. This store is not like them at all. Unique furniture which is customizable and upscale. Competitive pricing and reasonable delivery cost. Very helpful staff that allow you r to browse without having someone continually watching. Very refreshing. Ask for Janine, she is fantastic.

I purchased a office desk set, a dining set and a bench. I got plenty of attention in the show room and was okay with the prices. The delivery people where very nice and accommodating. There was a bit of discoloration on the desk but they took it back had it repaired very nicely and returned the desk a few days later. I really like this store and plan to buy again

Excellent quality and even better customer service. After much consultation I bought dining room and what I consider to be very expensive leather living room furniture. I had a problem with it and my sales rep, Janine, was on it. She didn’t let go until I was perfectly satisfied. I would go back to Smart Interiors in a heartbeat. Be sure to ask for Janine!

Melissa is an outstanding designer. I bought great room furniture and rugs and later a dining room set. It all looks super in the house. Great quality and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Went in looking to replace some lighting. I was very clear about what we were looking for and the woman said, “ you need to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot”. Wow! What we were looking for was more “classy”. The woman asked a question and my husband repeated what we were looking for not for. She mentioned maybe having something that would work and then walked away. Walked away as in she was done helping us. We tried to spend our money by staying local but that wasn’t the case with this place. That woman was exceptionally rude! There were no customers in the place! We found what we were looking for in another town and gave them our considerable amount of money.

High price junk is all this furniture is. I have had my furniture for two year and it’s all falling apart. From my bedroom set to my kitchen table . I would not recommend there product. I won’t ever be going back .

Very knowable furniture consultant. Took plenty of time with. Never felt like we were being rushed. Very customer centric.

Doesn't acknowledge all customers... Has some great things, but very pricy... And not as great quality for the price
