Highly recommend this company. We lost the keys to our Van. Roy understood our urgency, arrived on time and created keys for the door lock and ignition at the price quoted over the phone. They both worked perfectly. Excellent service!!!
Roy came to me at the appointed time and created some extra transponder smart keys for my vehicle which we tested and they worked perfectly at the agreed upon cost/price. I have been wanting to get extra car keys made for a long time and the cost from the dealership was ridiculously high. A very professional and smooth experience with no surprises.
Roy just completed a job at my house replacing the three door locks. He did an outstanding and professional job. First he arrived on time. Second the pricing was a very reasonable and very competitive with others. He made sure that the alignment on the doors are aligned properly. I have some other job to do and I will certainly use him in the future. I would recommend Roy.
Not sure who the Roy is that everyone posts about but i assume they make their 24 hours a day service capable by using contractors. Well, the contractor they sent to me this past friday told me he could not drill or pick my deadbolt and that the only option was to use bags so of course, me being no expert locksmith, I agreed. The bags and the prying by giant screwdriver and mini crow bar cracked and damaged both the frame and door resulting in major damage and a completely unsecured door. I have called now multiple times to speak to a manager and get insurance information and have been given the run around each time. "oh they aren't in" "oh they are in sporadically but they will call you today" but no one has called me back yet. Maybe this will get their attention. If not, i will be going to the BBB.
These reviews have to be fake. These people are awful. Called multiple times over multiple hours and kept getting the same run-around. They never showed up. Don’t bother! Edit following response from company: I now see how you have 99% positive reviews - you have the negative ones removed! I am not a competitor, but a consumer who was locked out of his car for 3+ hours waiting on your company to get it together. Indeed you did not serve me, as I was able to find another company to help pick up the ball you guys dropped.
They are the best. Roy did not give up on my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner. He fixed the problem I had after working on it for at least an hour. He went out of his way to help me out. And the price was very reasonable.
Roy was friendly, professional, and most of all accommodating. I needed a second key for my jeep I recently purchased. He ended up meeting me at my place of work, gave him my keys, I went back to work, he did his thing, texted me when he was done, gave me my keys, and that was it. I would highly recommend Roy and this company.
They were fast to respond, but the pricing was not reasonable. The lady on the phone was nice enough and gave us a reasonable estimate$18 for the guy to come and then said it would roughly be 69 to open the lock. The guy came. without even touching the lock or anything started said we were going to have to pay $169. We thought that was outrageous so we were about to pay just the $18 dollar, then he agreed to $100. Like what??? If my sister in law didnt need to get back home, we would have called someone else. It took him less than 5 mins to open the door.... The service was fast but I wouldn't recommend them.
