We made a reservation on the Smart Park website… a very friendly website. We drove in and found a parking spot right away in the Dauphin area. We were loaded into the van and quickly taken to the airport. We arrived back at airport on our return flight had my luggage at zone 3 called in to arrange a pick up, with in minutes we had a very pleasant driver, he was happy to help all the passengers.  Like every time we have used Smart Park we only have had a pleasant experience, I have and will always recommend this great place.  Thanks to the crew and management of Smart Park.

I had always used the economy lot at the airport but with it being limited I tried smart park on a recommendation. I am very happy with the service, everyone and I do mean everyone we interacted with was pleasant and professional. Driver that took us to airport was very knowledgeable and driver that picked us up was super efficient, as was the dispatcher that made sure we got the last four seats of the van that was just exiting the pickup area. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thanks so much for making our travels alittle easier!

This was the best decision I've made in a long time!  Confident that my car was safe and we were whisked off to the airport as soon as we arrived.  Then to be picked up immediately after getting our luggage and taken back to our car...a dream!  All employees we interacted with were top notch!  Highly recommend and booking my second reservation now!

This was my first time parking at the airport & Smart Park made the process so easy! My husband & I had a very early flight after our wedding to go to our honeymoon & this was just the perfect parking situation. Workers were super nice & very quick with pickup & drop off. It was super easy to find the lot & very easy to get someone to pick us up when getting back. Workers are all very kind & helpful, overall would definitely recommend.

This place is great. The shuttle was right there as we parked and we were whisked off to the airport in no time. When we came home, one call and the shuttle was there a few minutes later. The drivers are friendly and safe. Great first experience!! Thanks Smart Park!

I had an amazing experience. Butch was my driver and he made it such a pleasant experience, only adding more joy and spunk to my vacation! He greeted us with a really cheerful good morning and he handled our luggage very professionally. The van was very clean and he was a really smooth driver. I highly recommend SmartPark. We didn't have to wait long for our shuttle. As soon as we pulled into the lot there were 3 shuttles already in the lot waiting to service us! There's no such thing as only leaving on the half hour. This eliminated so much unnecessary stress for us. I look forward to coming back again next time I fly out of the Philadelphia airport and I'm so glad I discovered them! Thank you Butch for starting my vacation off with stellar service!

Super fast and courteous service. Shuttle pulled right up to where we parked and helped with luggage. On return we landed at 5:30AM and just had to call them and they were there within 10 minutes! Check out was easy too. Paid one night deposit and then remainder when leaving. Lady at booth was super friendly. Will definitely use again.

As always, Smart Park made things easy. I made my reservation, showed up and flashed the paperwork--which was scanned--and then was directed to a the Green lot, which must be new, because I've never parked there in the 25  or 30 years I've used Smart Park. The driver was polite, the driving was safe and he made sure I had a card which included the area where I parked. My pickup was unusually quick and there was no hitch at all. The young man who checked me out, was fastidiously polite and professional. The whole experience was good, which is why I've been parking there since the early 1990s.

Smart Park made our trip so easy!  It was quick and easy to check in and arrive at the airport on time.  Our return went so smooth.  I called to tell them that we had arrived and they quickly arrived at the airport and loaded us up and found our car in their parking lot.  He even loaded our bags into our car in the rain.  Thank you for all of your help.

My first time parking here and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Easy to find a place to park my car and the shuttle to the airport was right there —no wait. On the return trip I was just about to call for pickup but the shuttle was actually right there before I could—what perfect timing! I will definitely be using Smart Park for future trips.
