Experience with renting a storage there I have now left the storage. in all Denise was very helpful in every way she helped me move my stuff out she helped me move my stuff in it was all great there .everything was up front and clear that the facility was very clean and organized  Denise was very helpful in all aspects of the renting of the storage if I ever needed another storage I would gladly go back to the same facility very good job Denise

This is the best storage place in all.of San Dirgo. Customer service was great. Very easy set up. Best prices in town with a 1 year price guarantee.  Would recommend for anyone looking to store their belongings at a secure place.

Recently rented a unit here and have had a great, easy experience so far. Regina was super helpful and made the process smooth and simple. Prices are reasonable and the service had been excellent.

The whole process was a breeze with Denise! Even when there was a slight glitch my reserved unit had been given to someone else she handled it like a pro, and made sure I got a comparable unit with the same deal. Lots of companies would not have done that ... looking at you, Public Storage! I've been with this storage company for 11 years, with two units at the Carlsbad location. I've looked around a few times, but always end up coming back. They will be up front with you, and if something happens they will make it right.

Denise was awesome in getting us hooked up with the right size unit. Paperwork was seamless, electronic, prompt, and easy. Property is always clean, safe, and best service in town!
