Tried to get a haircut Saturday at 3 pm and on Sunday at 11 am and could not because there was not anyone there to do so. Only a receptionist. Hours are posted online and they are not true. Very disappointed and will not visit again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. Absolutely terrible. I'm only giving one star because that's my only option.
We had an amazing time with the staff. Our stylist was so good. I took my four children to her and she treated us good. We had fun and the kids loved their cuts, color and styles. We will definitely be coming back.
Came here after a disaster hair color from another salon and Crystal was so kind and understanding. She actually made my hair look like what I wanted it to look like the first time- it was perfect. I hadn’t known her before then but she treated me like a good friend the second I stepped in. Highly recommend!
I wanted an inch cut the split end it all came out to my shoulder length when my hair was down to my waist I'm so unsatisfied with it I'm not going to this salon againService: Hairstyling
Been here twice both times there was not a single person in there other then me plus to hair dressers and they told me they don’t have time to cut hair !! What the hell the people is that not why you are there is to cut hair . Go to plant hair in Aberdeen was nicer place and they will cut your hair
Horrible experience. Made my hair two different lengths and I didn’t even have layers. Took about 5 minutes: not even. Would NOT recommend or ever go back. Her name is Kim. Don’t go to her
