Fantastic establishment. Sally helped me the entire time since she could see I was a tourist on a time crunch. Super clean facility, great machines, worked like a charm! I felt incredibly safe, cared for, and like a part of a community in a laundromat... I wasn’t expecting that at all. If you need to do your laundry anywhere close to O’Hare, this is the place to do it. I give my highest reviews as a laundry facility.
I came here 3 times I never have any problem until today. I try to wash my clothes and the machine dosent have any sign on it. I ask the lady why she not put the sing ans she turn very rude to me and tell me if I don't like i can go and find another laundry. She came later and laughing on me and tell every customer that i came to make problems. The owner should look the camera and see what am talking about we are the clients she can't threat us like garbage.
I will never again wash my clothes here. Washer machine are every expensive. As much as I spent on the washer machine for it not to clean my clothes good the first time. I had to wash it a second time. So I had to pay double the wash. Dryers are also ridiculous expensive for it not to dry. I used 4 big dryers to spread out my cloths. I inserted the laundry card 4 time for all 4 until my clothes was dry. Never again never again.
The manager rocks this place. Very helpful keep up the kick butt service.
today september 22 2022, its a slow day not to crowded, and i just want to get transfer one of my cards to another wich it will take a few minutes but the lady was soo rude, i try to explain but she just grabe them with very bad attitude and i know she is a puerto rican lady but she act like she doesn’t speak spanish but thats not the issue, its the action she took, very disappointed with her!
So here I am waiting on a table and I’m told in Spanish one table per customer by a rude employee .Mind you I don’t speak Spanish we are in America time to speak English. I waited on a person to finish folding her laundry and asked if I can use she said yes I’m done. Before I know it a rude old lady jumped in and took it right away spraying the table. Just cause someone looks a certain race doesn’t give you the right to speak like so . I’ve never seen this employee here before but now you have lost a customer . Before yes I agree with others place was nice and inviting but after this encounter my foot will not be back to this location………
I always take my big blankets to wash here, I drop them off and they have them ready the same or next day and they do a great job. The staff is very nice and attentive.
Cool place with very small and private staff !! And although I was here for the first time, a nice and friendly lady who works here helped me to understand everything, buy a card for washing and a pleasant surprise was that I received a few dollars bonus. The staff also cares about cleanliness, it's very clean, after each wash, the employee wiped the washing machine. Thank you this cool place where I will definitely return
Who closes a whole lane of washers at 8pm?? And then expect people to wash in the bigger washers??? Don't you wanna make money?? All because the attendant wants to leave early Do you close at 8 or 11... I know would never come and start a washer at 10... but come on.
The place is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
