SmartBank Ooltewah, TN

I've had the pleasure of doing business at SmartBank for the last few years. During this time I have always received excellent service from them. Greg and especially Sarah have always treated me and my business with professionalism and a friendly smile. I am so glad I have my community bank family at my back to help me when needed and they always pull through!! Just recently they helped me secure a much needed loan! Thanks so much guys!! Good bank, service is ok. I have had several charges that have bounced in and out of my account without any explaination. Don't trust your online balance, chances are is will be wrong.

Sold a boat. Needed to get papers notarized, scanned & emailed within an hour. Melanie & Chasen @ Hixson were awesome!

CAME IN THERE TO DO A TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDE, AND RAICLY PROFILED BY ,BROOKE ,THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. EVERYONE ELSE THERE IS SO NICE, AND RESPECTFUL, SHE DIDNT HELP ME WITH MY TRANSFER AND TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER BANK. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER. NOT SURE WHAT I DONE BUT REALLY NEED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ESLEWHERE.
