I honestly don't know how people get through hair school or whatever it is. And have the audacity to charge $20 for a hair cut when they are completely clueless as to what they're doing! I'll never go back there

I took my 15yo daughter for a Shampoo & Haircut. We arrived as a walk-in appt and her service began within 5 minutes of our arrival. The service was quick, friendly & my daughter is ecstatic about her new 'do'

I've sat and waited 15 minutes so far and never seen an employee. It's after my appointment time also. Horrible service.

Had an appointment, but they were too busy with walk-ins to meet appointment window.

I have been going to smartstyle for over 5 years and I won't be going back. The prices have gotten way too high for the quality of the hair cut. Also you can't walk in anymore and get a trim. You have to make an appointment. It seem like the stylist are gossiping and complaining too much.

They were very great at handling what was being done.

The girls in there are very friendly and my hair cut was great . If I lived around here I'd return again.

my mom used to work here and it is a great place to get your hair done and you can get your groceries inside Walmart after your done
