Shaina was my hair dresser she did a phenomenal job on my hair she was helpful and patient with me, she truly did so great it was exactly how i pictured it in my head. She was incredibly sweet, friendly and kind while cutting my hair she has such pleasant and kind voice and throughout the whole process it felt very homey. I will definitely be suggesting her to my friends and family she is so careing and kind plus she has a smile that just lights up the entire area shes in and her smile is magnificent and my whole day was made with the happiness from her and her smile. she is extremely talented and magic happens the moment she picks up scissors or a razor. This is genuinely the best hair cut I've had in my whole life and any chance I can get my hair cut again by Shaina I absolutely will. I'm so proud of the work she's does, so impressive!

I booked an Online Appointment got there and the gal was in a big hurry because she had someone else coming in so I didn’t get my Hair Washed like I requested. I don’t think I’ll be back I think I’ll go back to my Normal BarberService: Haircut
We were walk-ins and Bernice stayed late to cut my 90-year-old mother's hair so she would look nice for her sister's funeral the next day. My mom is in assisted living, and pandemic restrictions had prevented her normal cut and perm schedule. Her hair was a mess! We asked for just a quick bang trim, but Bernice took the time to cut and style her hair. We can't thank her enough for her sensitivity to the situation and for making our mother look lovely.Service: Haircut
Had an 11:30 appointment on Monday because my wife has knee injections in Spearfish at 11:40. Called 2 days prior...the lady said we usually don't take appointments on Mondays just walk ins but would go ahead and do it. She said she doesn't get there til 11. Ok..perfect. Got there and the lady had someone in the chair and said I missed my appointment at 10:30! How could that be if you don't get there til 11?? Then said the next spot was at 2! If you don't take appointments on Monday and made an exception...how does this work? Lol. Flat out lied about the entire deal. Absolutely ridiculous. Was some new girl I hadn't seen before...then was rude on top of that to me.
I usually cut my own hair, but not anymore. Found this place knows how to cut hair.
I've brought my son here for a few years now. The ladies were are always so welcoming and upbeat. Even if there was a wait it was always worth it. I loved it so much that when I became a stylist and started working here too! The ladies we have right now are so caring about each client that sits our chairs. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when you walk out. The team atmosphere is amazing, if your stylist isnt available we are all more than happy to take you and give you the cut or color you love!
Had an appointmenime set and I showed up prior to appointment time. As soon as I walk in 1 employees left saying she needed to duy something. 2 minutes later a 2nd employee left after standing and gossiping with I assume the manager. well 2 out of 3 to go. so I ask if there was any other place to get my hair done since they were all busy and left so they could be busy. Mind you I was the only other person besids the 3 employees. Very poor customer service. Would not ever use again or reccomend.
Amazing salon, I have been a client at this salon since I was a child! The stylist have always been great, friendly and very accommodating! Even at their busiest times, they do whatever they can to make sure you’re in a chair that day or set up an appointment for you within the next couple of days! I am currently a stylist at this salon as well! We work our hardest to get you in or an appointment along with the products you will need for at home care and styling :
Hannah is the BEST!! I have naturally wavy, somewhat coarse and very gray hair. No one has ever been able to tame it consistently like Hannah does! I give her free rein to cut and color my hair and I receive compliments DAILY!! She's a gem!!
