I checked in and told the stylist my color was in the system. She said she saw it after looking. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 30 minutes. I waited well over an hour and when I say down to to start the cut and color I was told I was not in the system therefore they would have to match the color. I agreed and signed a slip/receipt annotating the prices and services. I agreed on a color then the stylist come out and says they are out of that color and asks if it's ok to substitute.  I agreed to my dismay. All in all I wouldn't recommend this salon as I have listened to other customers being apologized to for the wait time. And while the staff seem nice and personable they lack experience in planing and seem to lack experience as professionals. Not a good experience.

Made an appointment for 4:30. Showed up at 4:25 and was asked to wait 15-20 minutes which I did. 55 minutes later they started taking walk ins.  unfortunately I have to give them 1 star in order to put this up or they wouldn't even get that.

Are they ever open I call all the time trying to setup a haircut and they always seem to be closed

Had my kids hair fixed by jasmine and Hailey was great company during the process. Thanks guys!

They listened and worked with me when I wasn't completely sure what I wanted done with my hair!

Told them how I wanted my hair cut and they did it the way they wanted it instead
