Just did a take out order I order the classic chicken sandwich. Which is completely cold the chicken patty is old, hard, the meat is beyond dry and it’s completely cold. The bread is hard. First and last time trying this place. I’m giving 2 stars because the fries was bad.
I DO NOT KNOW WHO OWNS THIS W. BLOOMFIELD TWP, MI @ ORCHARD LAKE RD LOCATION??? HOWEVER, YOU, THE OWNER, NEED A HIGHLY SUGGESTED DO-OVER WITH YOUR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE MANAGER that worked at 3pm on Thursday, 4/27/2023‼‼‼ On Thursday 04/27/23, I requested for The MANAGER, and the lady standing there refused to give her name when asked, and stated that CORPORATE would know who she was when I directly asked! I asked to speak with the cook, and she stated that they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me‼ This all started with a simple phone call after placing my online order to inform that my egg was not cooked well on a previous experience. She then went on to tell me that the eggs were NEVER runny, and always cooked through, with a dry monotone attitude towards me on the phone. I then proceeded into the restaurant to pick up my online order, and two other customers were there… I went on to say that I was there to pickup my online order. I was asked for my name, and was the only online order sitting there on the table! She picked my bag up, almost threw it on the counter, and didn’t say one word to me! I told her that she had a very bad attitude towards me since the phone inquiry, and was very nasty and disrespectful! When I called her out, she made a scene and went on to ask other customers if she did anything wrong! I then had to come back for the shake that she forgot to make. I called 1st, and she informed that it was likely in the cooler. I arrived, and she obnoxiously and loudly over talked me, when I said absolutely nothing to her! She then informed that she was making my shake fresh and insinuated that she didn’t want me saying that something was wrong with the shake in front of a regular customer that comes there every Thursday, that entertained her very unprofessional behavior!
The staff is polite and friendly. The food is very good as well. The place has always been clean. Be kind though they are having staffing issues like everywhere else. The staff is very accommodating even though they are short staffed. Thank you for the great service.Food: 5/5

The employees are what makes smashburger a delight going into. I ordered the bacon BBQ cheeseburger and fries. The food was ok. The burger really didn't have any BBQ sauce on it. It was kind of a let down. Will try it once more and give an update.Food: 3/5
I want to thank Shantell. The awesome waitress that went above and beyond. The service provided was a 10/10! This young lady is a blessing. Her efforts in servicing us was amazing! This is how you serve the public! Very professional & FRESH FOOD!!!!!!! I WILL COME BACK! Not to mention she is a breathe of fresh air to the company. I ordered the Smash burger & fries! Amazing service once again.THANK YOU SHANTELL!!!! For your awesome customer service.
I was super excited to try this place. The staff was not very kind or friendly. I spilled one of my shakes on the ground and the older manager was very rude. She acted so irritated and inconvenienced. She then proceeded to tell me how she could charge me for the remake and how she’s not going to but technically she could. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.
