Smashburger

Another carpetbagger Burger Chain invading Sarasota . This was not my first time there.At first I thought the Burgers were good but a little to complicated to put together the many available ingredients.Now I can not only confirm that but add they are too salty and very greasy....very greasy. The silverware cleanliness was also suspect.see picture Check out their parking lot.Its the middle of the day and it’s empty.I think that says it all. Too many other good Burger joints to choose from,I say put this one on the bottom of your list. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3

I stopped in for dinner, I received a jalapeno baja paying about 8 dollars, the burger was good but didn't hit the spot for the price. For this price it should come with fries. The service was good and the place was spotless, I'd recommend this place.

I ask myself how I have never been here until today?? The burgers are in a class of their own. I had the fries with a seasoning on them with my Cowboy Burger grilled jalapenos and a Dr. Pepper. This burger place rivals any in the area and I can't wait to go back!!! I would give SmashBurger 10 stars if possible. The place is clean, the food is great and the people working there are very friendly. And the egg hamburger bun is better than any hamburger bun I've ever had anywhere.

Good hamburgers however on our visit today, we were treated like we were an inconvenience to the young man at the register. Odd since we were the ONLY customers in the store. The food is great and the smash fries are AMAZING.

Good food, clean location, customer service is lacking but nothing terrible happened. Just not a welcoming crew-similar to McDonald's and such.The parking lot a bit strange to get in and out

Decent burger place, but their "smashfries" were incredible.

Very good burger and staff is on point sweet fries are delish and if you sign up for there club you could receive some goodys.

It's expensive, no meal deal, so $12 for a regular meal. It's a small burger but juicy. Excellent potato & Sweet potato fries. Service is slow, gotta watch the window for yours or it might get cold. Tasty turkey and moist grilled chicken. Casual seating.

I've made about a dozen visits to this location, and the burgers have been exceptional every time. The fries are excellent too. The staff have always been friendly. I've read negative reviews, and perhaps those are on a different shift? I have only visited for lunch, not dinner, but it's been great every time. I think perhaps the best burger in either Sarasota or Manatee counties.
