Excellent doctors and staff. Very affordable with out insurance. Also offer 15% off if paid in full at time of visit. I had pretty extensive consultation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to figure out was was wrong with me. Very happy and grateful for them.
Dr. Vik was absolutely amazing to our little 4 year old. Front desk staff was also awesome and checked us in fast. If we lived closer we would switch our primary to Dr. Vik.
I made a last min. Online appointment for my daughter to get check. Found one right away. The provider was great, Joseph Saccoman. He listens well and explain what my child had. The medication he gave works. My baby eyes was better within a day. Thank you so much.
Christine answered the phone when I called in upset about an issue and she was able to understand what my issue was and work to get it solved. Every place should have someone as wonderful as she is. What would have been a cranky review turned into a five star because of her attitude.
My last 2 appointments I made were canceled by them, each one a month apart. I simply don't understand how I called a week hence to make the appointment and the first time they forgot to actually schedule and the second time my doctor canceled and goes on a vacation like it is not ok to just take a vacation when you already scheduled to see patients that day. Not to mention each time I had to drive all the way down from forest lake just to find out they can't be responsible enough to ahold to their own failed excuss of a schedule. Never again, I'm moving clinics and I'm never looking back.
My complaints is getting a appointment 30 minutes waiting after they say 15 minute wait time. Then trying to get a message to my Dr. They keep telling me he isn't in the N.St.Paul clinic and I should tell them or it could affect my medication getting refilled Who's ever reading these comments you need a better call center they are rude and try to argue everytime we call. How can you talk to someone in N.st.paul. The call center said I can't unless I make an appointment and then I can talk to someone in the clinic
I have been using the the Shoreview clinic for years and have always felt valued and respected by all the staff. In the past year I was directed to the North st. Paul clinic for after hours care and was very happy with the service. I was leaving on a trip in a few days and needed to see a doctor before I left. It was so nice to wake up in the morning with a problem and be able to get in the same day. Problem solved. And the staff was nice to a new patient.
Called to make an appointment and was asked 4 times wether I had insurance. Arrived and was told that although they took my insurance plan 4 days ago they no longer did. Lisa at the front desk is so unprofessional and rude. When I called the insurance provider they spoke to her as well and also commented on how rude and mean she was. The insurance representative actually apologized that I had to deal with her. She was swearing and yelling to other staff as I tried to sort out this issue. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had trying to get after hours care.
Doctor visits are never fun but when the staff treats you cold and rude it makes them worse. Normally the experience isn't bad and I've had very nice people before but this time I went in there for a depo shot and the women who gave it to me was named Megan, she called my name and walked away and was already at the seating area for the shot. She could of been having a bad day but she seemed very cold and she didn't smile or seem to want to be there. She gave me the shot and then said good bye without giving me a band-aid. The experience just felt cold and horrible and I don't think I'll be coming here again.
It very sad how far this clinic has fallen in 4 years...! They have completely changed. They used to care about patients. Now they are extremely rude and only care about the money. The good doctors that they do have I feel very bad for as they are working an entity that has got really bad. There office staff is so rude, cold and heartless. They demand money before they will do anything! Even for patients that have been with them for years! Trisha Burt is wonderful! I hope she can find a better place to work! They turned my wife and son away because of a minor hiccup in our insurance even though we have been them for years. They would not listen to my wife as she tried to explain the minor hiccup. My son was in tears in pain and they didn't even care! They even charged me for getting my prescriptions refilled!
