Poor customer service. A few days ago my wife went to this location for a cleaning which is free; however, upon her arrival, she was advised that she has a past due bill of $250.00 for several previous visits at the location. My wife and I share the same dental insurance and we have never paid for any visits when we go to the dentist. According to the dentist office my wife did not pay the $75.00 visit fee which wasn't covered by the insurance, smh. To avoid any problems my wife paid the $250.00 and left, but before leaving, the dentist had the nerves to ask my wife if she can complete the cleaning. My wife responded by saying no because I don't want you to charge me for anything else that I'm not aware of or unauthorized procedures which is a common practice at this dentist office. Before going to this location please read the reviews.
On my first visit I was examined and given my treatment plan & projected prices. Second visit, my wisdom tooth was extracted! I expected a lot of pain but was pleasantly surprised with only mild pain. The doctor was very gentle and professional and so was her staff
I am always nervous going to the dentist, but I really was put at ease and all the staff is friendly and patient.I also love that the office is small and quaint.
Dr. Carrington and her staff are top notch and very caring in their approach to meet each patient's needs as quickly and easily as possible. Both myself and my mother receive dental care here and have done so for about 15 years now! Any questions and concerns about our oral AND overall health are always welcome and addressed accordingly.
Dr. Carrington is incredibly skilled, has unlimited patience, and affordable. I have never had a dentist give painless injections and other procedures. Thank God I found her. I was super terrified of dentists related to previous horrific experiences before finding Dr. C!
My mother recommended that I schedule an appointment at Smile Creations when I shared with her that I was seeking a new dentist. I had to have several fillings and was nervous about the procedure because I am not able to keep my mouth open wide for an extended period. Dr. Carrington was empathetic and assured me that all would go well. She communicated with me during the procedure which resulted in me relaxing and having a great experience. If you are looking for a dentist that is professional, empathetic, and respectful, schedule an appointment at Smile Creations. You will not be disappointed.
I don't understand how in the world they have so many great reviews. This office is TERRIBLE!!!! I had a scheduled appointment for 2:30--they called and asked if I would come in at 1130; I agreed. I waited from 1130 til 115 to be seen. I had to ask why did you all want me to come in early just to wait nearly 2 hours. They nonchalantly responded oh the doctor thought she could get you in earlier. But wait the madness doesn't stop there--- not once but twice they drop the ball with my prescriptions and blamed the pharmacy. I finally said enough is enough and canceled my second appointment that they required I prepay $375. They haven't refunded me yet for the service I didn't receive. They are overpriced and quick to recommend sedation. I have never had to have sedation and have had several dental procedures. Please be aware of them!!!! They will steal your money.
I had such a great experience at Smile Creations.When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and checked in. Tara, the dental hygienist, was very personable and professional. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to explain her process and how it related to my dental health. She also recommended some flossing products to try at home. Dr. Carrington was amazing as well. She was attentive and thorough. She was able to identify the cause of my dental issue, then developed a plan to correct it. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, but Dr. Carrignton and her staff really put me at ease. I'm glad I found this office.
how long does it take to get a crown in? try a month after being told that the lab will have it shipped in about a week. how many times does it take to measure/fit a crown? try twice even when the dentist did the measurement. the stars are for the staff who are actually very good to the patients. other than that...i'm not pleased.
Smile Creations deserve 5 stars and more. The staff is friendly, considerate, and professional. Dr. Carrington performs her job with the highest level of care, comfort, and medical knowledge. She was highly recommended to me, and she and her staff live up to and surpass my expectations. If you are looking for a dentistry with superb services with professionalism, Smile Creations is your destination.
