I had an incredible experience at Smile the Spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The quality of service and care I received was unlike any practice I've been to, and I highly recommend Smile the Spa to anyone who is looking for great care an experience.
Had a terrible experience at this practice. Where to even begin… The provider is in-network with my insurance and decided to bill me above and beyond standard preventative exam/cleaning, leaving me with an out of pocket cost. Also, had a very strange, uncomfortable interaction with the hygienist who got way too personal. Staying far away.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Julio Terra today and left feeling so thankful to have found him and his wonderful staff!! What a great team! The office is inviting, and they were kind and friendly. Dr. Terra was a joy as was the staff. I will be going back here for all my dental care. The office takes precautions with covid, and I have no hesitation in going back for my next visit. Thanks so much to all of you- See you next time!! -DJ L
Dr. Terra is the best dentist I have had. So glad I found him. He is gentle and caring and has a wonderful demeanor. Very positive guy. His staff are fantastic and friendly. Always a good experience. The office looks and feels more like a spa than a dentist office. They don’t overbook so I normally get seen at the appointment time. Dr. Terra personally did all the work. I had deep cleaning, polishing and a few fillings. The experience was more pleasant than other dental experience I have had. My son also came to see Dr. Terra at my recommendation and he likes Dr. Terra. He had cleaning and his wisdom teeth pulled. Much gratitude to Dr. Terra and his team. I Highly recommend Dr. Terra.
I haven’t had a cleaning in about two years, with that said my first visit was outstanding! All the staff is very friendly and professional. Every single step was explained. There was no pain which amazes me. The technology used makes it easy to understand the education and the need of the medical plan. The office is beautiful with nice music very relaxing. It really feels like a spa. I highly recommend it.
Myself & my family all go to Dr. Julio Terra at Smile the Spa for our dental services and I am extremely happy & thoroughly satisfied with his services & his staff. I went to the Smile Spa and I loved it! The environment was so friendly and cozy. Dr Terra is a very nice person. He treated me like a friend and made me feel comfortable, while doing a very professional job. I strongly recommend that you go to his office if you want to have a perfect smile and enjoy the experience. You will never be afraid to go back to the dentist!
My family and I have been with Smile the Spa for almost 10 years and I am not planing to go anywhere else. The facility is very clean and uses sophisticated equipments. Dr. Julio is the best dentist in town. He is very friendly, caring and gentle with you. He makes every visit a pleasant one. My kids enjoy their visits each time they go see Dr. Julio and always raves about how gentle he is that they didn’t even feel pain when he’s injecting numb shots in their gums. Dr. Julio is very experienced and knowledgeable in his fields and I feel very comfortable when ever I go in for any procedures. Highly recommend everyone come see Dr. Julio and I promise you’ll won’t be disappointed.
I have been going to Dr. Terra and Smile the Spa for about 7 years now. He is the best! The office is relaxing and the staff is really nice. Dr. Terra remembers conversations that he has with you and asks about how your last vacation went, how your family is, etc. His staff is attentive and they also remember details from their previous conversations with you. I am currently nearing the end of my Invisalign treatment, which went really well and I'm very happy with the results. Dr.Terra gently encouraged me for years to do Invisalign but I was incredibly stubborn and I refused for one stupid reason or another...until I chipped a front tooth, had a meltdown, and drove like a mad man over to his office and begged demanded? to be fitted for Invisalign immediately. Dr. Terra laughed, smiled, and invited me in to start the process. Now I wish that I had listened to him 5 years ago but better late than never and although I deserve to have him say "I told you so," he is incredibly gracious and does not gloat. I would certainly recommend Dr. Terra and I have before. He is wonderful and you'll be very happy.
Dr. Terra and his staff never cease to amaze me! Three years ago, after being diagnosed with cancer along with other health issues, other dentists were either hesitant or all out refused to provide services due to my health condition. Not Dr. Terra. Not only did he and his staff accept me as a patient with open arms, but he has put me on a path to getting my old smile and old "me" back. From day one he set a course for me that he has very patiently and caringly helped me follow - making sure along the way that I was comfortable with all the work performed. From regular cleanings to fillers and replacement crowns, he's made sure that I've been onboard with all decisions. And when I needed major extractions, he recommended a *fantastic* oral surgeon who is equally as attentive and caring as he is. I'm currently on the road to getting Invisalign and feel very confident that Dr. Terra will make sure I end up loving the end result! I can't thank him & his staff enough!!
