They’re really good people and I love them. The only problem is them not picking up calls. I’ve called them 4,5 times on different days regarding payment options and they wouldn’t get back to me unless I leave them a voicemail. I don’t know if that’s how they operate purposely, but it bothered me because I would have to find a place to read my card info to them when they called me back.

Dr. Smoron is amazing! The office is beautiful, and the staff is great. He knows what he’s doing and made all of my appointments enjoyable. I got my braces on and off in about 9 months, which is what I was told when I got them put on. I would recommend them to a friend.

I had braces as a teen from Dr Smoron Sr. and it was an easy decision to make to go back to Smiles by Smoron when my daughter needed braces. Throughout her treatment, the staff kept us informed of all next steps and where things were at with her progress. Not only were they so communicative with us, but everyone we ever encountered from her consultation through all the appointments were super friendly and flexible to our needs. My daughter just got her braces off yesterday 4/7/21 and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We appreciate everything!!!! Thank you!

Just wonderful. He sees our whole family. Friendly staff and wonderful doctor. Dr. Smoron is a really smart, ethical, and skilled doctor who takes the time to thoroughly explain your situation, and he sets you at ease: leaving you knowing that you are in good, honest, and experienced hands. Cannot recommend him highly enough!! 5 stars easy.

Dr. Smoron is the best orthodontist ever! His staff there is very nice and professional also! My son and I felt very welcomed there from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out. Can you believe it?!!! They will even walk you out when their over the top service is completed!

Dr. Smoron and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I actually enjoy going to have them work on my teeth! My orthotic work is completed for the most part, but I might have to stop by on occasion just to hear one of Dr. Smoron's good stories or corny jokes! My teeth look fabulous, too!

My experience with Dr Smoron and his whole team was amazing. They were always friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. When COVID 19 closed the office they were in contact and kept in communication. They got me in as soon as they reopened and made sure I was happy with my results. Very highly recommend!

Dr Smoron goes above and beyond for his patients. He made time to help me out on a holiday weekend after his office hours were closed, simply because I was in pain. He is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology. I can't recommend him and his staff enough!

I had my braces done as a kid at a different orthodontist, I only wish I knew about Dr.Smoron back then! I come to him for my permanent retainer repair I eat things I shouldn't and have broken it a couple of times my original orthodontist wanted to fully replace it and charge me a crazy amount. Dr Smoron was able to repair it each time for a VERY REASONABLE cost. Not to mention that his office has accommodated me with an appointment the same day each time that I have called. I highly recommend him and his staff. I truly can't say enough great things about this place!

Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr Smoron himself has truly made my first time braces experience comfortable and seamless. They treat you like family, the office is impeccablly clean and Dr is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure he walks you through the process and isn’t hesitant to coach you throughout every step of the way. I was being psycho with my teeth brushing and he straight told me I needed to stop or it would cause gum recession and even informed me on the timeframe in which it could happen, it was an eye opener and much needed tip : I highly recommend!
