I had to take my niece who is 5 just today I called and they gave me an appointment next day. The child needed an extraction which they did that day without setting up another appointment and loss of work, very grateful. They were all very kind and gentle with the child. Our experience was great from appointment to visit they handle the child with care.
I loved this dentist!!!!!! UNTIL they kept “needing” to reschedule my appointments!!! I understand things come up but I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and the “Manager” Elizabeth said there was nothing she could do to accommodate me she kept canceling my appointments because I explained the level of inconsideration she had to a patient that’s been spending money & time in there establishment I just feel if you can cancel an appointment twice on me you should have accommodated your patient!! She was giving me a hard time being very sarcastic I tried to explain my situation multiple times, she was laughing in my face!! I was just at a point where I was over it and very frustrated to the point I had to switch to a new dentist to get accommodated!! Thankfully my tooth was pulled with np thanks to Colombia Dental!!!!
Amazing work!!! I just got my wisdom teeth pulled...as scared as I was I didn’t feel a thing and was surprised when he said it was done. Absolutely amazing service. Only downside was that my appointment was at 10:30 and I started being worked on at 12. But I got out before 1 pm so besides that everything is amazing and great customer service. Never thought I’d say I can’t wait to get my other 2 wisdom teeth pulled. :
My experience here at Smiles Dental was the best experience I've ever had in my entire life!! I normally do not write reviews, but I must this time because it was that great. It is small and private. The staff are kind and professional. The dental assistant was very gentle with my 3 year old child and was able to offer toys. The dentist was very genuine, informative and took his time with me. I was able to schedule my next appointment within 5 days no waiting weeks or months. I was always the person to hate going to the dentist because most dentist were rough and rushed, however, I am looking forward to my next appointment with Smiles Dental. This office was easy to find, parking was free and convenient. I recommend anyone and everyone to get dental hygiene here.
I have never written a bad review on anyone but I have to because it bothers me to have hd to experience being treated with disrespect in a professional office. The Dentist at Smiles Dental I can give a 10. But the front desk staff are very busy because they don’t know what they are doing. They are unprofessional. They Do not wear name badges. The phone rings and rings and nobody answers. Nor is their A voicemail. They sit at the front desk using their personal phones talking to each other . When you call to get information they give you the wrong info. Zero communication. I’ve waited in a room for over an hour waiting for the dentist and they’ll check in to make excuses. They claim to have sent the insurance company claims for approvals then later find out that it wasn’t submitted. I have never been to a Dr.’s office that doesnt return calls .
Great dentist office. They actually care about you and answer any questions you have. I recommended my gf and her son to go and they love. 10/10
Dr chandra is the most kind hearted dr i have ever meant. He is very attentive, and tries to work with his clients as best of his ability with wat he is able.. If he is unable to do something u may request he tries very hard to get you wat you want or as close to that as possible. Iv"e been there 5 years and im so greatful to be a patient of Dr chandra at smiles dental.....
Regret getting my filling done here didnt finish because of how poor the job was done . don't shape the filling right plus they fall off your teeth horrible feeling btw then when you complain about the job they done they give you an attitude and act like its your fault your teeth hurt . my teeth didnt hurt before i came here and now i can't eat off my right side because of the poor job they have done ADVICE TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION . . . and when you asked what's their name they won't tell you you can ask for the manager she will ignore you and say are you trying to have an argument with me no one's having an argument with you I would like to speak with your manager but still nothing
Receptionist is rude I didn’t bother making my appt there
Came here once and couldnt even go through with the appointment . make sure you look at the utensils before they put in your mouth . had white dried drops on everything told them. then they offered different ones so basically they had no problem using them dirty if i didnt say anything DONT COME HERE
