My wife and I are full time RVr's traveling the country, blog link in bio. We came upon Smile Honey after seeing a roadside stand where Tupelo honey was being sold. Unfortunately the seller tried to hoodwink us into selling us honey he claimed was Tupelo, but it wasn't. An internet search brought me to Smile Honey. Talk about a friendly business. We tried some samples before buying 8# of Tupelo honey. Fantastic customer service. We have since learned that after my wife wrote about our purchase here that some of our followers have mail ordered from Smile Honey, and they are loving it and other varieties also available. A great way to keep your cupboard stocked. Delicious!
This a wonderful quality of honey. My whole family loved it. Little pricey but I will definitely have a new order when we finish the jars. Great great taste. I also love the balms and hand lotion. Wonderful product! I strongly will recommend it to my friends and people who are looking for real honey.
Ordered the Tupelo Honey 2 pound container last evening on September 8th and received it early afternoon in Birch Bay, Washington on September 12th and very well packaged. And as usual...it tastes incredible. Best honey on the planet and my neighbors all love it...so guess what they are all getting for Christmas! The price btw with shipping was $30.75..so nearly the same per ounce vs local honey up here in the PNW.
Smiley makes me smile with the great variety of honeys they have one of the few places with tupelo!, and their great service. I can order one day and within three days have a carefully packed box of honey on my doorstep. Since I found them this year, I will be doing a lot of my Christmas shopping with them.
I ordered the Tupelo Honey after reading a book about Tupelo honey bees. It's a very clean tasting very sweet honey, so good that I bought two jars as gifts for other people and they loved it too. It's only four stars because it's a little pricey and the shipping is also on the expensive side yet since I spend a little more on gifts anyway it was a nice surprise and didn't totally blow the budget.
Best honey ever!. Have not tried a honey I did not like all are excellent. All businesses could take a lesson in customer service from Smiley Honey. I have only ever had one issue and Smiley Honey reps took care of it faster than I've ever experienced with any other business. This is a class organization and the best honey to boot. Thanks Smiley.
I have been buying honey from Smiley Honey for years and am extremely satisfied with their products! Their honey is top quality. In fact, I am spoiled now and can’t bring myself to use grocery store brands. I would recommend Smiley Honey to everyone. Once you try it; you will be a customer for life!
We had heard about smiley honey through a relative and ordered the 'tasting party' from the 'sampler' menu. They allow you to choose which varieties to sample, and thank heavens because there are so many to choose from! Wonderful idea! I am going to be doing so again as I see they have added some new varieties that sound amazing. This really is the best way to buy your honey!
I have purchased numerous products several times over the years and have received nothing but great, courteous service each and every time. I have dealt with them both by phone and email and they continue to put their customers first. Oh, did I mention their honey is the best! Their shipping is quick and inexpensive and most importantly they stand behind their product if there is ever a problem. Smiley is my go to place for all my honey needs. Brian is my usual contact and I can't say enough about his patience and how courteous he is.
We purchased a bunch of honey from their stand. We gave some as gifts and kept some. Tupelo is our favorite but I will say the chocolate was gone in a week! I've not been disappointed with any of the flavors and everyone we dealth with there or on the phone was great!
