I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Rachel while trying to obtain custody of one of my grandchildren.  I will have to say that these two are amazing! I felt scared and so uneasy about going into my second custody battle because I had a bad experience with my previous attorney. David and his team made me feel welcomed and confident on the first day. His team truly are amazing people. Jessie his paralegal is so down to earth and she follows up with her clients even after their case is closed! October 31 means spooky goblins, candy and costumes. It’s never been a day we celebrated until now! October 31,2022 will forever be the best day for our family!! This is the day we changed our girls name and made her a forever part of our family! We went from a family of 5 to a family of 6. We firmly believe God had his hand in this from the very beginning. Which was August 6,2015. Reni was born to be part of our family. She completed us from day one. April of 2022 we met with David Smith and told him our story and how we got our Reni and asked him if he would help us make it permanent. For a few short months they worked so hard to do just that! It was the easiest and scariest thing we have ever done but with them by our side they made it so reassuring and before knew we were standing in front of our judge, family and friends and closed this chapter! This group of people are like family now. They are t just lawyers they are friends and family! We thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Words can not express the friendship love and gratitude that I have for my attorney David Smith and the ladies are exceptional special and I love each and everyone of them. We became friends more than attorney client. They have shared tears and hugs and so much love with me and I will always be eternally grateful. David is wonderful special and awesome. My special love goes out to Jessie Nicrone We meet over 3 or more year's ago and she have shared hugs love and tears. I love and appreciate each and everyone. Thank you so much. Joshua Howle is the best lawyer ever! Im 18 and was very unknowledgeable about the law and how things work but he was very patient and understanding, got me my money as fast as he could n kept me updated every step of the way. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Divorce was the most difficult experience of my life. Thankfully, I retained Greg's counsel to get me through it. Greg and Rachel were able to get me through a very rocky divorce, and to a fair agreement in mediation. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and they were very candid and honest in their communication.

Smith Ammons Howle and Ricker are wonderful attorneys. I went in for a consult on a defamation/slander case. I was told by many people that slander cases can be pretty difficult. Josh and Brice didn't hesitate. Although a very stressful time for me, they remained calmed and confident the entire time. I do not wish defamation or slander on anyone but if you were to find yourself in that situation and needing legal counsel,  I would highly recommend Josh and Brice. Thank you fellas for all your work.

Greg Ammons is awesome  to work with.  I had gotten a speeding ticket and he went above and beyond to not only help me get my fines reduced.  I was very satisfied with his services.
