I had a fantastic experience here today! Staff gave a genuine, friendly greeting when I pulled in. They did an excellent job cleaning my SUV, and I had a warm chat in the lobby with the owner during my brief wait. I would definitely recommend this Smith Brothers Car Wash location for its speedy, friendly, and superb customer service!

There's a reason these guys have been in business as long as they have! They have long-term employees which suggest they are great to work for and they take pride in car cleaning service. I still love to walk inside and watch my vehicle on the conveyor as the crew wipes it down from top to bottom detailing the dash, door jams and the tires! These guys leave nothing undone! And at the very end as you walk out you are reunited with a sparkling, detailed automobile you are proud to be seen in! But before you drive away, make sure you leave a nice tip in the box for the crew! Go ahead! Don't be a cheapskate or tight-wad!!!!! Drop some cash in the box to show the crew what an amazing job they did on your chariot!!!!!!

*****horrible customer service****** It's was about 6pm and I wanted my car washed. I have been here a couple of times in the past so I knew they would was and vacuum for me. Paid my money in the auto payment but I wanted it clear that I wanted them to vacuum and dry for me. So pulled in bay as no attendant on the outside. I was told they closed in 7 minutes.  So I see that I will not be able to have services there so I asked who could give my refund. I was told I needed to see the cashier.  What happened next was straight out of a 60's movie. I was told I could get a credit good for 60 days and to come back another day. Well that was not going to work as I can get a wash much closer to my house. And with less friction. I told the cashier that I would just like a refund as I am not getting what I want on the day I would like it. The cashier told me I was not getting my money back. The credit was all I was getting. She also went so for to yell at  me to just close my mouth. And that took me by surprise as I needed to know who she was talking to as I was a customer and an adult. Finally the same blond headed guy that sent me inside for my refund to begin, told to her to jut give me my money back and for me just not to come back.  Really? I have never had that type of experience in any business that I have patronized. I will be reaching out to the owner. And I will be updating this post.

I took a vehicle here for work to get washed and I wasn't to impressed. I was disappointed actually, the vehicle didn't get clean after taking it through the car wash. It still had bird droppings and dirt on the vehicle. The interior didn't even get wiped down after taking it through the detail area. The car wash needs major upgrades to clean vehicles. I'm glad it wasn't my vehicle otherwise I would have been .

I gave this car wash 2 stars because I kept paying for tire shine and realized I wasn't getting it after about 3 washes. I ended up having to tell the guy at the entrance to remember the tire shine. Whenever I told him, my tires were magically getting shined until he told me they don't do tire shine even though I paid for it. I went to the manager and she said, with an attitude, I should tell the guy in detailing to give me the shine. If I'm paying for tire shine, give me my shiny tires please.

After washing the car, I decided to pay for the interior cleaning, additional$10.00.  they delivered the the car with the mats folded over and they didn't even clean the console and dashboard. Don't waste your money and time to have a bad service. Careless staff, bad customer service, very dissatisfied experience.

I had the inside of my truck cleaned today. Needless to say, when I get home, I will clean it myself. The dash and cup holders were not wiped at all. Really, all I think they did was to vacuum my weather tek mats. Will never go back there.

The vacuum is free and the car wash is only $5. They offer oil changes for a low price and the work is always done right. They also offer touch free car washes and full packages.

I am completely OCD with washing my car and always hand wash it myself, so I was incredibly hesitant before taking my car to a place with spinning brushes. Ultimately, I broke down after nearly 4 months of cold weather and having moved to a location without an easy way to wash my car. Following the slight panic attack going through the automated wash, I pulled into the additional hand interior and exterior clean area to have the crew vacuum and wipe down the car.  When it came out, my SUV looked incredible!  I realize it isn't as good for the paint as a proper hand-wash; however, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an incredible bang for their buck.  My friend took his car to a far more expensive car spa in Franklin, and mine came out looking even better for a lower cost.  The full works wash $10 and the extra round of wipe down and interior clean/tire protect additional $10 is 100% worth the value.  I'll definitely be back.
