I already knew that Smith’s makes gorgeous flower arrangements, but y’all, this lady is truly awesome. Even though she knew that she didn’t stand to make a profit because she didn’t carry what I needed a specific helium-filled balloon, she went above and beyond for me, spending a considerable amount of her valuable time making phone calls to various places in two different counties in hopes of helping me find what I needed for my granddaughter’s special day, and she didn’t stop until she was successful. What a beautiful and compassionate heart! I’ll never forget her kindness. She is precisely the type of proprietor with whom I am grateful to do business!
