Very disappointed. Grieving over lost loved ones and trying to get answers about a head stone that is to be placed only to be talked rudely to by Mr.Smith and then hung up on before I could even speak. Unprofessional and not indicative of how a man in his profession should be. If I could I would not leave any stars.

Dave is the kindest most helpful person. I am confident my mom's arraingments are done with dignity and the utmost respect.
