They did a great job with my dad service. My family is so grateful for all the Love & support Smith Manor offered. They were very considered of our family's feelings during this hard time. If I had to relive this moment again I wouldn't change a thing. I would still trust my dad to be in the hands of Smith Manor. Keith was the man who made all of this possible for my family. We love you & Thank You Keith If we never told you so.
3 years ago I had my baby girl cremated. Because of this place she went with dignity. I was treated with respect and patience and I am so thankful for the service I received here. It was the most difficult time of my entire life and they really helped make it close to bearable.
My husband passed away and I received excellent service. Even though we couldn't afford a long viewing of him, we still got to say our good byes. In our time of need, they were there. Thank You
Would give it zero stars. Im so disapointed about this place because my sister died at friday 11 pm and when we called them they never answered for the next two days and i went there and nobody was there and it was already the next day and they still havent picked up the body even though i already paid them the deposit so i contacted another funeral place and they helped me right away. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone HORRIBLE service.
Called and spoke with someone. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Called two weeks later and the funeral director said oh she’s busy. They are not helpful and do not want to help you out.
