shopped here since i was a little boy...tried out the Smiths coupon app today, it was surprisingly easy and i saved a good chunck of change... "every penny counts" is what im told...so if you havent checked out the Smiths app, give it a try...who knows, you might like the savings...even tho its prolly the same if you just use your "fresh values" card...?‍ i got alot of good food for a pretty decient price...

Smiths market place in Farmington Utah is a delight to shop at. The store is always clean and the customer service associates are very helpful. The remodel that was done recently has made the store even nicer.

Smith's is my go to grocery store. Easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly. The store is generally clean and displays are organized. Their produce is fresher than other places that I shop. I like the store coupons and app for shopping sales and specials. Great location.

This supermarket has an amazing customer service representatives. Jeremy at the Deli department made it so easy, pleased our requests without hesitating. Kiddos to him!

Always clean, always has what I need, and the staff is helpful! It’s also my favorite place to buy balloons. Great store!

I don’t usually go to Smiths but I decided to give it a go. The employees were very helpful and kind. A special thanks to Landon for helping me navigate the store.

I tried to place an order online to pick up later and the system does not allow me to confirm the order. I called and the first helper at the Farmington location was not friendly at all, she didn’t even let me finish my sentence, then she transferred me to another person who said she could not help me, but gave me a number to call just to find out it was a recurring line stating the system was not working. My question is then is there a way to place an order by phone. Why offer this service if it is not working properly. Put on the system, “working of fixing it” so people don’t waste their time registering, placing an order just to find out it cannot be done. “Common sense”

The service here is always amazing. I love all of the employees at this store.

Do not use Smiths app to order anything!!! I ordered some soda and a toothbrush and it arrived fine, but the next day I realized I had been charged $210 for that, and when I looked at my order on the app they had marked that they hadn’t given me my items but instead substituted the items with over $200 dollars worth of “substitutions” that I never got. Then when I called them I got fed through a stupid automated system that wouldn’t let me talk to an operator, gave me $5 credit and hung up on me and I had to call back again to get ahold of someone who could actually reverse my order and get me my $200 dollars back. This whole experience was an absolute joke and makes me not want to even shop there in person anymore and I have been going there regularly for a long time. Do not trust the smiths app under any circumstances!!!!

First of all I appreciate their price structure over the other local markets, especially in this economy we are facing. AND... Being new to this area I find this Smith's location to be nice and clean, well organized and having a helpful staff. I was greeted this AM with more than one smile and the greeting at checkout was amazing.
