Smith's Food and Drug

I come to Smith's when I make a visit to Idaho Falls! Always good deals and helpful staff! The shelves are well stocked and always a variety of items to choose from! Love the produce section! The cashier was courteous and helpful! So was the bagger! Definitely saved time and money by coming here! Not very busy or crowded! Definitely going back to Smith's on my next trip!

My Mother goes there all the time so do I. Great place to shop.

This is a nice clean store with a good selection. I like going there to pick up necessary items. Prices are kind of middle range. There are occasional sale items that are very well priced. The only thing I dislike is their electronic coupon system. You have to install the app, find the coupon, and put it in your bin or basket. The actual check out process is very easy. Your phone has already done all the heavy lifting. You can check in using your phone number which is Handy. However, The way they've got it worded to explain the use of their coupons is so vague that I think it was on the verge of being deceptive. I actually made a store clerk angry at me by asking questions trying to understand the verbiage. Well, maybe I'm not that sharp. A decent store in spite of the hassle

People are always very nice that work there they have very fresh vegetables and fruit and their meat is always fresh

Just started shopping there again about 6 months ago. The kids love that they offer a free piece of fruit for them to eat while we shop. The employees are very nice and helpful when looking for items and I love the wide variety of groceries they carry. And we have never had to wait to check out as long as we have had to at other local grocery stores.

Smith's is always a great store great prices and deals. The meat department is outstanding. The employees are nice as can be. Even when they have to deal with me coming to checkout. 2 carts stacked full ...they still have smiles and do everything to help me... They r the best store in town!!!!!

First trip there. It was a pleasant trip, amazingly clean store.. I've been to a Smith's once before in Twin Falls and never went back, there was nothing to like about it....I will definitely shop Idaho Falls Store more often...Keep up the good work

Friendly and knowledgable sales and service staff; great sale and special prices; excellent bakery and super deli along with a really helpful pharmacy staff; pays to take the few minutes to join their loyalty card group; loyalty card also works at any store in the Kroger network of shops; points earned using the loyalty card provides a wonderful discount at the fuel center. Overall, my shopping experience at the Smith's Food and Drug located at 400 S. Woodruff Ave in IF reminds me of what was normal shopping at the local grocery store 50 years ago when I was a little boy. Quality and friendly customer at a reasonable price!

This review is only for the Deli. I was greeted with eye rolling and a heavy sigh. I tried to shake off by greeting Sandra very nicely. She responded with a one word answer and then glared at me. She made me feel that I had inconvenienced her by stepping foot in her area. I have not been shopping at Smith's very long but normally I love it. After being treated poorly several times in the deli I felt compelled to write this review. I will no longer be going to the deli at this store.

I went to this Smiths in particular for the first time. I usually go to the one in Jackson hole. It was so nice! The produce was beautiful, the bathrooms where clean, the employees were very friendly, the prices where great! I plan on stopping in often when I'm in town!
